I am happy not having to deal with them anymore because when I had to, phone calls were rarely picked up. Seldom would they update on work progress. My Q3 broke down on the way home after its first ever service and had to be towed back! A few months later the tow truck driver called and asked for towing charges. All these speaks a lot on how they used to operate hopefully the management and many of the staff have since been replaced/booted out.

My Purchase Experience:
- I initiated an inquiry with Audi on Facebook and received a response from Azlan on October 19,2022. He patiently addressed all my queries and consistently kept me updated on estimated stock availability and prices.

- After making up my mind, I placed a RM10,000 deposit with him on December 25,2022, and confirmed the car's color.

- On February 1,2023, Azlan informed me that he had relocated from Audi Glenmarie to the Setia Alam branch and passed my order to another sales representative.

- I visited the Setia Alam branch twice to view the display car. Azlan, along with another sales representative, provided excellent service. They even sent me WhatsApp messages outlining the differences between various Q8 Etron models. I chose to visit Setia Alam because a previous visit to Glenmarie had left me unattended. The service experience at Setia Alam was notably better.

- It's possible that the Glenmarie branch, due to its higher customer volume, may not provide the same level of service for walk-ins and after-sales support.

After Purchase:
- I wasn't available when the car was ready for delivery on August 16. So, I asked the Audi salesperson, Ema, to contact a Ceramic Pro Tinted shop to transfer the car for tinting, allowing me to collect it later.

- On the following day, August 17,2023, the Ceramic Pro shop identified a defect in the window rubber and suggested it be fixed before proceeding with the tinting on that window.

- On September 21,2023, I returned to the Setia Alam branch and spoke with a Chinese-speaking individual at the service center. I explained my issue, and he mentioned that the car needed to be left there for two days for a thorough check. I suggested a quicker option where can do the reporting for the warranty claim, and I'd wait 2-3 hours to drive my car home since it couldn't be fixed on the same day but it rejected by him. The technician informed me that this service could only be done at Glenmarie and said that even customers from Johor Bahru drove to Glenmarie for service. The way he communicated was improper, and he implied that leaving a negative review on Google is a consumer's right, which is why I am posting this here.

- After my initial review, I received a call from their service center asking me to take the car to Glenmarie for an inspection report on the defect. On September 26,2023, I went to Glenmarie and met Lisman, who handled my case. My car was sent in at 9 am and returned at 3 pm after they had completed the report. Lisman informed me that it would take 20 days to receive the necessary parts.

- On October 6, I received a call that the part had arrived. When I went to the Glenmarie branch to replace the rubber, they once again indicated that the car needed to stay for 2 days. I suggested they allocate a technician so that I could come in only during my appointed time, thus avoiding the inconvenience of leaving the car for just a window rubber replacement. The way Lisman talking to me as customer also not polite, I am asking roughly when can done to replace, he told me 2 days. He said if I ask again he will told me 2 weeks, if ask again then 2 months
Then I chose to leave the car there and drove to the Setia Alam branch for assistance. I spoke with a service officer named Mathavan, who was very helpful and arranged everything. While I had my nasi lemak there and replied to emails, they completed the report and even washed my car. The whole process only 1 hour or less. Before I left, they promised to expedite the resolution within half a day when the part is arrived.

I will continue to support Audi cars but will opt not to purchase from the Glenmarie branch again.

I hope the management can improve not only their sales department but also their after-sales service. If it weren't for Azlan's exceptional service, Audi might have lost a loyalty customer who purchased the first Q8 Etron 55 Sportback. It's worth noting that my previous car, an Audi Q5, was sold by Andy Su, who also left the Glenmarie branch.

I recently visited Audi Centre Glenmarie in Shah Alam, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the doors, the level of customer service and efficiency impressed me.

Have a bad claim exp with this workshop, Claim advisor no communicate to customer at all, short of document they just left the car in the workshop with no inform to us, car already leave in your workshop about 5 months still dunno when can settle it!

Dear CEO, I wish to place on record my very positive experience today at your Glanmarie workshop.

Our Audi Q5 had its rear view mirror suddenly becoming totally detached and fragmented into 3 parts, yesterday. It happened when I was just trying to adjust the rearview mirror to enable me to have a better view.

I was shocked that it suddenly happened that way after so many years!

That got me more concerned as it happened when I was trying to park the car at a mall. I tried various ways to put it back together and reinstall but to no avail, even after I had managed to get a nearby worshop (specialising in German cars) to try and fix it!

Everyone says its broken and need to be replaced? !

Then, today I decided to go to your Glanmarie workshop. I was just hoping that the workshop would have the parts to replace it.

The staff there decided to call for a Mr Lai Kok Leong (I believe he is the head of the technical supervisory team there) to handle my car’s problem

Mr Lai was Godsend to me! He did not ask many questions, merely asking me what really happened. He then straight away went to the car and immediately attempted to put all the parts together again (he didn’t consider the easier option ie to replace it with a new whole set).

He spent in total around 25 minutes to get the job done. Ist he pieced together the broken parts and then reinstall it! He did an incredible job and he was very committed to resolving the problem for me. He is a true professional!

Then, i asked him, how much is the workshop charging me for the job well done?

To my utter surprise, he says the workshop is not charging me cos no parts were replaced!

That’s simply a great and wonderful gesture by Euromobil and team!

I wanted to thank Mr Lai personally by giving him an ang pow as CNY is just round the corner. BUT HE REFUSED to take a single sen from me.

We have been sending our Audi Q5 to your workshop in Glenmarie for many years with no issue. Euromobil Sdn Bhd, thank you for your incredible service and you have a great team behind you!

Firstly never buy audi
Damansara, Setia alam and chan sow lin branches are closed hence you can only goto Glenmarie Audi center (forced too)

The advisor i got was slow in responce, doesn’t follow, you have to keep wondering and call the servixe to find out.

If you sending you car for warranty claim, and part is coming from Germany, prepare to wait for 3week -1month, and please continuously followup.

These ppl just sleep.

I'm smarter. (or stupid to believe them.you judge.)

here's the wasted rm4k proof (or good 4k spent for my and public education) :

1.sent car to check on one noise at front tyre, i told them probably need lubricant thats all.they say ok will check
2.quoted to change bearing 1.2k (well they the "expert" right?
3.after bearing change, rear absorber miraclely kaput at the service center, quoted me another 2.7k to change that. (well what can i say, no proof it's caused by them)
4.noise still at front tyre.never solve the root cause.
5.they say it's the absorber or suspension at front tyre.need to change
6.i heated up, complained & asked to just put lubricant and give me back the car
7.noise no more.it just needed lubricant!

lesson: always believe in yourself

My doubts / what Audi can improve:
1.if all engineers are even Audi certified? (or are they just sales minded people.big nono)
2.if say that date and time has open slot, then make sure engineers freed up and ready to attend to the car at that time sharp, not to ask to leave overnight citing that all foremens have overdue work from previous days (and they check 2-3 days later)
3.if Audi don't step up the game, at this point i can say, 3rd party garages have even surpassed the quality and knowledge

Since this is the only servicing outlet left, no wonder its customer's waiting facility is well taken cared-off. Hope that Euromobil re-opens the other service centers which was closed due to the slow down.

The overall service from booking to service of vehicle was good. Car wash as expected from many places was not so good-here no proper drying up. Perhaps they ought to be monitored. Car seat was adjusted to whoever adjusted it, not adjusted back to the owner's settings!

Warning: It's probably the most unpleasant place to service your officially imported Audi cars post-warranty! For this review, I shall focus on the after-sale service aspect as delivered by Euromobil as opposed to the pre-sale or showroom experience. Firstly, you'll be subjected to a long and unnecessary wait after arriving for your "appointed" or alloted time slot. When I enquired about the seemingly long delay after a 40-min wait for my 9.30am appointment to the "after sale / service" manager as compared to other 3S or 5S centres in the vicinity, I was told it is a matter of different "work culture" compared to other brands that I, as a car owner, have to deal with (I also own a 19-month old BMW from AutoBavaria while my wife owns a Merc C200 which were bought from 3S centres located located just a stone's throw away from Euromobil's). I'd have never guessed that keeping customers waiting is a work culture to be cherished! Secondly, on my last unscheduled service, I had found sensor error a day after requiring a sensor to be replaced and while I was there while a technician took an hour-long (more like 80mins) test drive of my car outside of Euromobil for an airflow sensor. When I checked with my S. A, he was as puzzled as I was as to why it took over an hour to drive my car around to test an "airflow sensor". This was a second experience I have had, i.e. Getting a "sensor" error message on my Audi a day after sending the car in for what seemed like unrelated issue on my car. It's simply too many "coincidences" for these to be dismissed as random events from a statistical viewpoint and it is indeed a serious accusation from me as an Audi owner since 2015! I have this sinking feeling that some of my car parts were "exchanged" (more precisely, "harvested") without my knowledge during the long "test drive session". If you're observant enough, most of the technicians here work without proper leadership or supervision and they have rather poor communication skill, with some even arguing with car owners themselves. The delivery of a good customer experience has never been a top priority here at Euromobil. It's has never been in their make-up from day1 of my ownership but I knew I was obliged under the T&C of the warranty to keep to my service schedule. Personally, I believe Audi Malaysia is not up to the task when it comes to competing with major German brand names BMW and Mercedes in Malaysia as they lack the vision and management skills to deliver what the top and successful brands are doing: that getting a car is only the first 50% of the customer experiencel, the rest comes from the after-sale! To put it simply, Audi Malaysia doesn't even operate a satisfactory toll-free line for their customers! If you don't look after your customers, someone else will! As for me, I'm not going back to this centre or any service centre run by Euromobil any more and wish all current post-warranty car owners who send their cars here for service, the very best of luck! There are many "third party" service centres in PJ and Seri Damansara with well trained German technicians in attendance that can better look after your beloved Audi cars a lot better! Overall: It's a poor experience for post-warranty Audi car owners!

Lousy service and irresponsible management! Was told to change 2 batteries A n A1 but when I took the replaced battery A back n checked in another workshop I was told the battery A is still ok. Still waiting for the manager Awani to return my call since lunchtime!
Now I know why my friend swear that he will not buy another Audi, not because he don’t like the car but the service

The people here are great, very friendly. Explains everything with their products, be it servicing requirements or sales. Driving and Audi is a pleasure, so expect the price tag of maintenance.

Staff are courtesy but the customer service experience is lousy. I was told my car is ready and can collect anytime but instead I waited 1 hour just for them to prepare invoice. I paid immediately and then I have to wait another 1 hour for them to pass me my car! 2 hours of my time wasted for what I was told is ready!
