Order through online and went for pick up, items is well packed and the staff is explaining the usage of every single tools i brought patiently.

One of the best hardware shops in Malaysia but unfortunately their line up of power tools is below par. No professional grade tools.

Delivery man no social distancing and not wearing mask

Since ATKC claims to cater and support for DIY'lers but there isn't flexibility enough to offer the extra mile for products related services.

No Stock availability on self collection despite online records show plenty of stock is a waste of time and respond to calls and messages took forever. Hence waited for long delivery process and the worst part after is wrong item delivered after long wait for stock, long wait for delivery. Maybe cheaper in bulk but small quantities pretty much the same compared to most hardware store if not slightly more expensive. The cost cannot justify the delay in our work.

The service is good but could be better. There could be improvements in communication about item availability and staff knowledge about the items they sell online.

Friendly and helpful staff. You can practically find nearly every DIY necessity here. Can buy items online and they do delivery.

Assistants kt situ ramai so sape2 xnk buang masa kt situ better find them. For me, preferably searching on my own sweet time.enjoying n learning.

I'm always looking for a materials/hardware supplier, and although ATKC is one of the better ones, it still does not rate 5 stars.

Their website is very good, and you should use it instead of walking into the store to look at items. This store is not like, for example, Ace Hardware, where you can see and touch the items. There's a service counter, you ask for the item, they'll bring it for you.

Free delivery is included for some items when you buy online. Unfortunately, delivery took 5 days, and they didn't call as instructed. Luckily there was someone at the site to receive the items. A bit slow if you are in the trade, but very okay if you are a DIY person.

The biggest problem I found is that resak wood listed as grade A all had defects in them when delivered. This unfortunately means that to buy wood, you'll have to visit the store and choose your own pieces. This negates the convenience of the online store they have.

I'll definitely buy from ATKC again, but will just be more careful in what I buy online and what I go buy in person.

Edit: I reviewed the wood quality on the ATKC website, but it seems the webmaster does not allow any bad reviews to be displayed. So, be careful as you'll only see good reviews on items

Being an avid DIYer it is not very easy to find good tools and hardware bits and bobs in Malaysia. I was ecstatic after visiting ATKC's website and seeing the wide range of stuff they carry along with their very reasonable prices! What's more, they deliver too!

I highly recommend them as your go to shop for your tools or hardware needs, and if they don't have what you're looking for, drop them an email and they will try their best to get back to you with a quote.
