At APT AEON 2 days ago.

Feedback - Steamer water-tanks has algae.
It means they are not sanitized properly or not at all.
This creates doubt about other equipments where hygiene may not be obvious to the naked eye.

If the standard is not imposed strictly by leadership, do not expect the employees to be diligent when they get busy.

APT - expectations for your salon is much higher because of your reputation and you charge for your brand.
Since you have disappointed on maintaining hygiene standard, we will give the business to your competitors.

The garbage place APT Klang senior only has this level? I said what I wanted came out like a student, no wonder so many people gave negative reviews

I made a reservation at 6.30pm. When I arrived, I was asked to sit down first without saying anything to me. I kept sitting there and waiting for half an hour, but there was still no explanation from anyone. I don’t mind if you make me wait because there are so many people. Can you at least let me know? Although I made an appointment, it seemed that I didn't have an appointment. I was kept sitting there waiting.

In my experience Apt Bukit Tinggi Klang services are not good.when I went to the Apt Bukit Tinggi Klang store, the staff did not serve me at all.today is second time, the Apt shop totally vastee. After this I don't want to go to this store anymore and I want to make this thing viral

Jeff the stylust is very friendly n gives importance to customers need. VERY GOOD SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Jeff is a very good hairstylist. He understands your request and will deliver as per your request 100%. I will never change hairstylist ever again! Keep up the good work.

I was here to repair my layer cut. Then Jeff was in-charge for the hair cut.after that he recommend me with the scalp treatment (herbal) and it is so soothing my scalp.i love the services and hair cut.will come another day later.tq

Jeff is good. He is patient, friendly & very careful in trimming your hair. Like the way he cut the hair.

Have booking, but waited for 1 hour.
But that’s not the most disappointed part.

Until it’s my turn, then a male staff, average height body, short black hair without spec, said he will serve other customer, because it’s his ‘old customer’, which the customer came much more later than me. (30mins late)

Then he ‘handed’ me to his colleague, a woman. The woman is ok. But I will never visit again, I rather cut my hair at opposite salon, A&co.

Please educate the male white Color shirt staff, I know you wanted ‘commission’, but hey I have booking, & why need to wait for 1 hour, & yet being told you want to serve your ‘old customer’ first? Lol so impolite & unprofessional. Overall I would give 0 star, but the 1 star is for the woman staff, which is ok & polite, keep saying sorry but it’s not her fault.

Very not professional at all. Lousy service. Dint suggest what to cut. And very slow motion. Always look outside of the shop. Do not pay attention to your work and customers. After steam done, also need me to remind the treatmemt is done. Super lousy plus expensive.

Very slow and bad service, only a few person in the shop at morning but told me to wait for 2 hours.

Karl is the hairdresser i go to everytime, very good services and have great skill, trust him with my hair a lot

Attitude is just bad here, there is one or two friendly hairstylist but others were just rude and arrogant as hell. I don't feel welcomed when getting my haircut here. The stays don't welcome you, they don't thank you after. Wave your credit card and that's it. Very unprofessional and it's really affecting the APT Saloon Maruah.

My stylist didn't do my hair the way I wanted, instead gave opinions about how my hair and face is not suitable for the hairstyle. I insisted that I wanted my idea of hairstyle, but she totally ignored me and started cutting anyways. She was so rude and gossiped about me to another hairstylist. Terrible service for this price. If you want attitude and a horrible experience, come here asap
