Tl;dr: Good customer service. Bad business practice.
Only go fix your car here if you truly know what's the problem with your car — or risk losing your money for partial/no fix.
Longer version:
I've been to this garage for 4 times.
The only time I felt like my car had any improvement is when I personally know what I'm requesting for.
The other times when I had no time to test my car for myself, I paid for fixes that only partially fixed the problem, and at other times it doesn't fix the issue at all.
The only reason I still give a star is that the customer service is good.
I still am trying to be good here and think that they probably don't have the time to truly test out or probably don't have enough spare parts lying around to fully test a car.
From what I can see, they order parts after diagnosing the car. It may fix the trouble, it may not. The risk is customer's to bear.
Workshop can't even call back to inform on updates regarding repairs. Had to call them more than 6 7 times to check on the update.
Kawan hantar kete, 2 hari kne call sampai 5 6 kali nak tau dah siap ke belum sedangkan dia yg cakap akan call nak update. Last2 hari ke-2 call tak boleh siap jugak tu pn kawan kene call dia tanya bukan bengkel yg update. Sedih!
