3Unfortunately the experience with this manufacturer is painful and full of lies and fraud actions. I don't advise to go there whatsoever.in response to your reply on my review, i am so surprised from such an offensive and impatient response to customer feedback which reflects a scary side of company / Management professionalism. Not accepting constructive criticism is the 1st step to fail. As well, accusing customers to make " fake " feedback is a kind of "denial" which absolutely doesn't help neither AMST nor your people to learn from mistakes and try to avoid it in future.with such mindset, i am not sure how the future would be.nevertheless i hope you will have the courage to admit mistakes and get the learnings so you build the right culture within your Organization
