Most likely I am the longest pending prospect of Eddy Koh. He has been following up and keeping me informed since my first enquiry in February 2019! He has been extremely patient and never give up on this lead even though I am 350km away. Finally this October 2022 he managed to combine my order with another customer in Penang to meet the Minimum Order Quantity for out of town customers. He drove all the way from KL to Penang to make the initial measurements for the preliminary quote. Upon confirmation of my order he arranged his colleague to make another day trip for the exact measurements. Three weeks later 3 Sifus came to do the installation with perfect precision. The security mesh installation and finishing were first rate.
