ALVA Concept Store - Puchong

Promotion price is deceiving. Alot of hidden charges not told. Was charged rm120 only to remove old tinting and add on another rm50 for sun visor and salesperson trying to hard sell a more expensive package. Was told 30% discount if come on weekdays but turns out only for coating and not inclusive of tinting. Those who wants to go do go earlier. Waited 10 hours.

I used to love ALVA, sent two of my cars for tinted at Damansara Damai branch.since it hv been closed, i sent my new car for tinted Puchong, there is so many stains in my dashboard and rear boot and also a few bubbles on my windscreen.i am so disappointed.today, i texted their customer service, named ELLY, said tht i wanted to go to fix the bubbles.once i arrived, it is closed.she never mentioned to me they’re closed until 13 Feb for CNY.gosh.i no longer interested in ALVA anymore.i want the staff back at Damansara Damai branch to do the tint for my car.dont come to PUCHONG branch.

Sent for car tinted at 11.30am. They only start tinting at 2pm. Only finished at 5.30pm. I came in during weekday. Cant imagine if coming on weekend. They even had my car engine on running the entire time.

Good experience. Cozy waiting room. The explanations are very detail and helpful. Surely will come again.

Better book and appoinment. I walked in during weekend and it is understandable the waiting time have to be extended.

But the outcome is worth the wait.

Renew road tax and car insurance at this branch. The sales representative provided quotations quickly and all process were completed online easily. The premium offered is also competitive too.

Poor service, the seller not friendly. He mention his product is useless. Wasting my time to come here.

Great service with great facilities
For improvement I would like to suggest you to put chair/coffee table at the outside area for the mens to smoke/smoking area while waiting.

This car service centre is huge, I thought they got showroom here. They have coating rooms, tinting area that can fit 6 cars at one time, service bay and delivery bay. The 2nd floor has customer waiting area, toilets and surau. Free drinks, snacks and Wi-Fi too. Windscreen and window tinting and body coating are their main business and prices may vary based on your budget and preference, quite affordable too.

Excellent consultation, great service, got snack bar to eat all u want and pricing is in budget

I buat tinted kereta kt sini.seriously i REALLY satisfied with the service and also with the package of the tinted.harga dorang more affordable than other places.tempat lain i tgk mostly RM700+ if buat tinted yg mcm i nak.btw tinted dorang yg HD punya tu.yg dalam cerah luar gelap.dorang punya service and worker kat sana pun sangat.waiting lounge dorang pun sangat selesa and cantik.i give 11/10 for the rate

Harga yang berpatutan, penerangan dri staff pon bagus (tq wisley), tempat lepak pon okey sementara menunggu kereta siap.

Well, if I know everything, I won't come. I called first and was told that the sales consultant will explain. So, what's with the attitude? Girls do care for cars. Don't start discriminating. Shocked that such high rating despite poor impression!

Great workmanship and great service. I did my tint here. The place itself is great. They have a comfortable waiting lounge with FREE food and drinks with movie to watch while you're waiting. For Muslims, there's a small, clean and comfortable surau provided near the waiting lounge in the pantry.

Definitely next level tint shop. Send my vw car here. Place is very luxurious with comfy waiting area and snack bar. The most amazing part is they provide cozy surau with nice decorations. Amazed because owner is chinese but managed to take care welfare of muslim customers very well. 10/10 although waiting time is long due to many customers, they provide the best service to their customer. Sincerely from a satisfied customer

Initially shall be 5 star, but when I open my rear door, there is one sponge come out from my side door panel. Should I cut it or send back?

2nd time doing business with ALVA. Reapply coating. Place was huge, waiting area also cozy and served free snacks and tea. There's surau for muslim and toilet is clean too.
