Second time approaching this store from recommendation. Service is reliable and effective, staffs are very friendly and polite. Explanation of issues are elaborate and clear, with solutions and possible prevention, for those with little IT knowledge as well. Wonderful experience, will definitely recommend.

Went for keyboard replacement for lenovo yoga laptop and their standard service. Before, during, and after service photos were provided, the fan and heatsinks were cleaned, thermal compound was replaced. The service were made transparent. Price charged was RM180 for the service, I felt satisfied

I was visiting Malaysia for 3 weeks when my laptop had multiple issues. I contacted them via WhatsApp and they quickly replied and let me know how they could help me. Once I brought my laptop in, they made the repairs within a few hours!

My regret is that I didn't discover this shop earlier.

My Lenovo cover hinge was broken three weeks ago, and I couldn't close the cover. So I immediately went to an authorized repair shop. But that shop told me that they didn't have the necessary spare parts standby so need to order from China. I asked them to send a quotation, and they did.only after 3 weeks.

It was a very inconvenient 3 weeks because I had to travel around with the laptop cover opened all the time (laptop is meant to be brought around, right?). But the inconvenience paled in comparison to what happened next: the internal LCD screen broken because it couldn't stand being moved around constantly with the lid opened.

It's fair to say that the delay in spare parts delivery led to the collateral damage of broken LCD screen. So much for the professionalism of the "authorized repairer".

I decided that I had had enough and wanted to try outside repair, and then I found out about this shop, and then got the broken LCD and cover repaired in 2+ hours time. And YES, they did have the spare parts for both in store!

I only wished that I found them earlier. My advice: if your laptop is out of warranty and the authorized repairer can't do it on time, try outside shops, they are more professional.

Very responsive and able to explain clearly which one is fixable and which one are not, transparent pricing, and no BS, able to fix on the same day I sent it over, overall very good experience, would recommend them to everyone, do share your issue with them first before walk in

The whole process in repairing my laptop was smooth, enquiry and answering my queries to delivery of the laptop was all smooth.

She even came downstairs to collect the laptop to save me the trouble.

I brought my laptop here to replace the screen and I was able to get it done within 1 hour! I asked a lot of places and this place was the only one with stock so they managed to get it fixed swiftly. I liked how they preframed any possible issues that may potentially come up as well. Very happy with their service!

I read the good comments and i went to the shop to repair my notebook which cannot startup. Unfortunately, the shop owner very rude, very arrogant, but seems like not knowing much about the repairing job. Further more, he keep on reminding me charging RM 50 even though at the end of the day can not repair. I doubt all the good review. Never want to come here again.

My asus laptop had some problems with the LED screen it turned purple I was very lucky to find Allfixable Lab, they repaired it very quickly within an hour, although it is quite far from my place I stay in PJ, they charged me RM450 with one month warranty, very reasonable as other repair shops in PJ cost around 600-800, writing this review because I am a happy customer and its been half a year its still working fine! Want to send my laptop to them again for dust cleaning and servicing and their prices are really affordable for a student like me! Hope to visit soon if I can find some time bcuz they are closed on sundays and im only free on sunday: (anyways many thanks to Allfixable Lab for wonderful service and great price!
