Useless managenent. Have to gt the owner to walk all the way down to bring the visitor even after i clearly mention they are stroke patient. I gv the apartment unit num bt still they refuse to verify! Lousy

They have the worst customer service. Disappointed with the way they handled my car insurance renewal especially since I've been renewing with them for the last 4 years. No follow ups.maybe time to look for other insurance companies

Unable to do online renewer as claim after calling 3 times. Did not return call as promised

This agency personnel is not willingbly to assist/help if the case were closed by their agency.it was consider poor service in this industry.
Hope AIG really look into their service level.
