Worst experience ever, would never recommend to buy a mazda entirely.waste of time and never deal with bermaz or any other subsidiaries anymore. Never ever!

Had one of the smoothest procedures when booking my car.

Nick is my SA, and he is very professional, and quick to respond to any inquiries i have, no matter how small it was, he was there with me throughout the whole step and process.

The place is very clean and easy to access as well, just a shame that parking might be a little bit cramped, and also the test drive route given to this outlet is kinda minuscule, nonetheless, still a great place to check out.

Would highly recommend this outlet, and try looking for Nick.

Went to service on morning, everything was smooth but was told car battery is weak but still drivable. Finish work and the car could not start. Late night have to tow the car back to own house and next day tow back to them. They recheck and said battery died. Worst part the staff said they currently have no stock and asked me to go different mazda service centre nearby.
1) staff unfriendly, shows no signs of remorse for causing customer trouble towing car twice
2) didn’t even bother to help customer to check other branch whether car battery is available or not
3) called manager joey for complaining and said will find battery for me. Waited too long and I decided to find myself. She called me back and blame me for not telling her that I found a battery.
To ALL MAZDA OWNERS. PLZ DONT BRING YOUR CAR TO SERVICE HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR.

No tyre balancing service provided and no free car wash. No free eateries. Though it is easier to book for service here as compared to other mazda SC. You will only need to whatsapp to +60 17-634 6643 for booking

So, I have been car-window shopping since November last year. You name it, carsome, mytukar, and several Mazda branches around Klang Valley.

I’ve never noticed this showroom until my spouse pointed it out to me while driving on our usual route. We dropped by unintentionally in March and was briefed by a very friendly and detailed sales consultant, Nirosha.

At this point, I’ve test driven the model I wanted, so car performance wasn’t an issue, it’s the colour. Imagine her headaches having to help me decide for months as I’ve booked originally their signature colour, favouring their previous crystal blue being unavailable on the model I’ve selected, booked and purchasing!

It has come to my attention despite several hiccups which I, assure, can be quite confusing when you’re handling more than dozens of clients everyday that Nirosha has handled mine professionally and attentively.

I appreciate your help and hope she is well-appreciated for her devoted contribution to Mazda Ulu Klang. It’s my 4th car and I have not seen a more excellent service than the lot that I’ve visited and consulted with! Thank you very much and keep striving

Very bad service. The salesperson does not stick to the appointment date and does not inform the customer when the car is not available to test drive. Keep pushing for us to book and set a loan. Very poor service would not recommend this salesperson or this branch.

I was ready to get a Mazda car, but end up going home not wanting to deal with this salesperson anymore. Very unprofessional man.

Kalau boleh saya 1 star pun tak mau bagi. Mereka bagi tau saya battery ada masalah, mesti mau tukar tetapi mereka authorised dealer saja, stock tak ada, kalau mau tukar pergi Mazda service centre Jalan Ampang. Lagi pesan saya supaya jangan bagi tau Mazda Service Centre Jalan Ampang bahawa mereka (Ulu Kelang) yang ajar saya pergi claim battery di sana. Melampau betul.

1 star is too much for this service center and it's pathetic unprofessional service, with rude and disrespectful advisors.you are not doing the customer a favor nor the customer is asking for charity from you, and definitely we are paying for it.
Spoiling other things and not finishing what the customer paid for is unacceptable!

Done my first 1,000km inspection here. Sales gallery and service center in the same building, quite spacious. Parking is a little tight however you can park outside the building by the roadside while waiting for your car's queue for service.

A little warm during mid evening, not so comfortable while you wait for your vehicle servicing. Customer service was so-so and waiting time was 1.5hours for inspection. Will try out other branches on the next mileage service. Overall, this branch has a lot to improve in terms of service and reputation.

Negative - the phone number put here somehow is not updated since i tried to call since jan 2020 to schedule recall appointment, but never answer, only keep ringing

I like here service, very fast and all staff so nice.

Decent place with very good and friendly salesperson. However due to the fact that they are dealers, they lack the selection of Mazda cars redily available for test drive or view.
