Sy sarankan ada kaunter express untuk pelanggan yang dh ada artwork sebab masa menunggu sangat lama.padahal sy dh ade artwork cuma nk print saja! Sudah pasti lama sebab semua kaunter akan buat editing dan sebagainya.sepatutnya jika owner Achik ni cakner kepada servis sepatutnya ada kaunter express ini dan pasti nya pelanggan yang jauh datang dr bukit mahkota ni semata2 nk print dan disebabkan masa menunggu sangat lama, terpaksa bazirkan sejam dan balik dgn tangan kosong.ada ruang untuk dibaiki.unless owner Achik ni fikir dia dah cukup famous hingga tak cakner komen2 mcm ni.gud luck Achik

I go for printing, staf counter 8 very rude dengan customer, the staff pakai baju merah tudung kelabu on sunday 12 march around 10: 30 macam tu.u can hantar her pergi customer service training kot, dah lah bercakap dengan customer jeling jeling je tak cakap elok elok.thank god kami bukan sejenis terus melenting depan org but it's really bad attitude!

Should do an express line. Print 1 pc only which takes less than 3 mins still need to take number and wait for hours?

Also, it's understood that if customers need smtg printed, it should be clear just lk the doc tht was sent. Why give very blur paper? Then said format is not suitable but then when i go to another shop, they could do right just on the first try. Hmmm.

Online service via email or Whatsapp is super slow due to amount of customers i guess. For first timers, any collection of prints, cards or whatever, you need the original receipt with you upon collection. They dont really tell you because most of them assume you know already.

Best place to do your printing / binding /photocopy. The price is very fair. They are really fast in their work. It's so convenient as it is open everyday. And on weekends it's open until Midnight.

Cuma waktu nak photostat tu customer selalunya kena 'sidai'. Any urgency on printing matter can be done in 24 hours (depends on the type of printing services). Overall, liked it here
