We are not professional about fixing car, so we trust about the advisor about what to do or what not to do about the maintenance, it’s all about trusting honda service but due to my little brother being charge a lot unnecessary servicing fee for his benz I also start to look at the bill and what kind of service honda advice for me, so funny about a fact if u didn’t check u didn’t realize how funny the quotation service about… I came here for servicing my car u gave me a interior cleaning and told me that it’s stand for nano mist due to covid problem… pls la do I need ur advice for covid? U are doctor or car advisor? U make me look like a clown and the last thing u said is I have u quotation u must said to me which one u need to do which u not like to do? So what is advisor stand for? If I know how is the car part stand for do I still need ur advise? This is honda professional need to let me know not I need to let u know which I need which I don’t need, 5years unlimited servicing is the one reason I choose to buy honda, and now I kind of regret due to this kind of unprofessional advice servicing and unneeded charging why should I paid for so stupid charge? Better I go out side find a better workshop for service right? Service maintainance charge one part balancing charge one part it’s ok for me engine oil. Engine oil treatment/ engine cleaner? I really don’t know what is the difference between this treatment and cleaner stand for what purpose…. Honda really make me disappointed sucks

1. They could not find a simple part number. 2. It took 24 hours for a response afterwards. Only called me back after I tried calling them and got passed all around.
3. Calling the place you get pushed to random people, not the one you ask for and not even the right department.
4. Very unprofessional on the phone.
5. For a spare part (screen trim) they tried to get me to take my car to a body and paint shop. Why? It’s a screen related part, so naturally a screen shop should be the one to turn to for fitting (it requires refitting the screen)
6. No stock of parts - I accept that can happen, but no offer to order the items.
7. Why try to refer me to a body shop if no parts in stock? Sounds strange.

This service centre never show the depth of wheel tyre and recommend for change even lesser than 3mm even i have remark to check tyre and brake which is most important thing for service. They only reveal when i asked and its not stated on invoice. And its surprisingly that they still do tyre balancing and alignment but never mention about the tyre depth and recommend to change. I only realize it on the 2nd time when i visit the servicecentre and later on checked with outside workshop which the tyre is 2 mm and expired. Its ridiculous that the advisor Nazri mentioned tyre still good since balancing & alignment has been done. Luckily no accident happens. Please state the brake and tyre depth on invoice like how other service centre. I have been to imavest honda center which they shown the info in invoice as recommendations. Hope @hondamalaysia
take note on the discrepancy.

K. C. Foong is probably the best service personnel at this place. I really love his dedication to making sure every customer has a great experience. Personally he has gone out of his way to ensure all my repairs and services are done on time and with perfection. He also ensured that my warranty claims were processed just before the warranty expired. I just hope he gets the recognition he deserves. He's excellent! Thank you KC

On friday 20/1/2023 My car suddenly show a warning signal, i walk in around 930-10am and asked for help from service advisor to do checking. I want to know what happened, the service advisor gives lame excuse and said they can’t accept walk in. My car shows a sudden warning and how in the world will i know it’ll happen and set appointment before my car shows a warning signal, the malay sales advisor claim if want to get it checked it’ll takes time, I’ll only get my car in the evening which is fine by me as long i know what is the warning signal. He then left me alone then didn’t make any move to ask for my service book or anything. How can a honda service dealer reject a customer that has a warning signal shown and ask me to even book appointment to come after the holiday. How can they cannot assist to just do checking on my car? I then asked for help from other dealer which is PERINGGIT SRI MOTOR. They accept me to walk in and they assist me on the checking and you know what it takes less than an hour. The warning signal is effect after i changed my spare tyre last night, no other issues on my car. They just reset the warning signal shown. A VERY SIMPLE CHECKING AND YET THE SERVICE ADVISOR IS SO SO SO BAD IN HELPING A CUSTOMER OUT. NO ONE CAN EVER EXPECT ANY WARNING SIGNAL THAT WILL HAPPEN. CUSTOMER WALK IN TO ASKED FOR HELP U SHOULD HELP THEM NOT LEFT THEM ALONE! VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF ANY CUSTOMER HAS SUDDEN ISSUES ON THEIR CAR NEVER WALK IN TO THIS SERVICE DEALER, BAD SERVICE BAD ATTITUDE!

Kereta baru ada defect WATER ENTRY!? ! YOU BAYANGKAN KERETA BARU ALMOST TWO WEEKS PAKAI BARU I NOTICE PROBLEM. MAKSUDNYA I BELI KERETA BARU DENGAN HARGA BARU TAPI DAPAT KERETA YANG ADA DEFECT. ADIL KE TAK ADIL? ! Saya beli kereta honda city hatchback pada awal february terima kereta pada 19/02/2022. First day saya pick up kereta dah tanya kenapa pintu penumpang sebelah driver tak rapat kena kuat2 baru rapat. Sales advisor Christopher cakap oh itu sebab masih ada plastik yang balut seat dlm kereta dan angin dalam kereta. So sy diam saja lah guna jela dengan pintu bodoh susah rapat tu.then after almost 2 weeks i guna kereta i pada 09/03/2022 bawak pergi cuci kereta suddenly orang tu cakap takboleh vaccum depan driver tempat letak kaki. RUPANYA ADA AIR BERTAKUNG DEKAT TEMPAT LETAK KAKI DRIVER. I terus walk-in pergi honda hantar kereta dan dia cek mmg ada water entry. At the same time i report jugak, ada masalah pintu dengan bau hangit bila i drive 140-150. Ambil masa 8 hari untuk dia cakap benda dah settle. & then i go pick up kereta after work dan time tu hujan lebat. Then bila balik rumah i check still karpet lembap. So i pergi balik honda hari ke-9 untuk cek dan dia ckp oh sebab kereta haritu kena hantar body & paint setapak, orang sana taksempat keringkn karpet so honda pj tempt i hantar tu ckp dia akan keringkan? ! You know what at the end kita sebagai pembeli yang teraniaya macam sy lah yang akan rugi masa rugi duit pergi mari pergi honda utk cek kereta dan team honda just said akan baiki kereta. Now case ni still on going.i dah report hq honda & they just said the will monitor lagi kes ni because i buat report nak claim new car lah. I WILL NEVER BUY HONDA AGAIN. Btw i ambik kereta dgn SA Christopher hahah paling lawak dia sendiri isi form untuk review honda accord ni yang sepatutnya i isi. After that i just deal terus dengan manager honda accord. Let see how this case go viral.

Sent my car here for checking a few months back as the brakes was making noises. They actually serviced my brakes instead of telling me that the noises were normal like what honda service centre in Cheras run by Honda MJN Motors Sdn Bhd did. They answered to my queries professionally and never get personal when I criticized the car quality or when I doubted if they actually serviced the brakes. They did, I can feel the difference.

So naturally I sent my car here for the 20k service and felt a stark difference from my 10k service by Honda SC in Cheras, which makes me think now, did Honda Cheras actually serviced my car or not back then? Kudos to the service advisors and technicians here, they actually know what they are doing.

? Waiting area. A lot of? 's.location easy access. Near main road
? Satisfied job
? Also got car wash after service
️ choose your coffee or tea at waiting area. But no nasi lemak.they will call you after 3 or 4 days for follow up after service.

This 3S Centre is amazing! Was greeted by Sales Advisor Adam who was so friendly, informative, helpful and patient to answer all our questions. My wife and i went there just to shop but we managed to leave the place after booking a Honday City. Place was very well organized and clean. Absolutely recommended Honda showroom to visit. PS. Honda Chan Sow Lin should send their staff here to be trained!

Superb Honda Sales and service centre located at near Pandan Mewah area. There s parking in front and outside the gate. You come here to have your car serviced either by appoinment or walk in. Come to test drive your car of your choice and the sales person would glad to help you make your decision. Toilets are available at the left side of the show room. The back compound s are the service areas. Internet wifi are free for customers. Please follows sop when you come in by scanning the qr codes and get your forehead tempreature. Use the hand sanitizers wisely. Practice social distancing where ever you are in the showroom. Do ask the salesperson for help if you are interested to know more about the cars and the promotions.

Went in for 1st service (inspection). Had couple of minor issues that needed attention and was attended by the manager him self. Good service and very attentive.
