Please think thoroughly if you would like to purchase from this company Car City 820 branch located at Kajang, they will CHEAT you from the beginning to the end. I have bought a 2nd hand Kia vehicle with him, named Jacky Tan, we asked him whether the mileage is genuine and his replied is YES. All this thing happened after the loan was approved and I have collected my car. I remembered there's service book in the car list listing, but when I collect my car and ask for the service book, Jacky unable to provide me. I quickly look back the car list listing, then I manage to find the picture with service book. Luckily there's phone number there, so I called up to the Kia service center to counter check on the genuineness of the mileage, then only I found out the mileage is fake. They have adjusted the mileage from 90k to 43k. We seek for the explanation from Jacky, he was not able to explain and keep saying he doesnt know anything (escape from responsibility) when I requested to talk to the manager, none of the manager wants to be responsible for it. All of them are like playing Tai chi, push here and push there. Hence we would like to advice all the buyers to think seriously and thoroughly if you would like to buy from them.
