7Installer is rough, not very careful and didn't explain the work that will be performed (e.g parts of car to be removed for tint to be installed). Broke some parts in the car. Tend to favor customers with new continental cars over others.
Excellent service and great quality products. Very helpful and honest team too. Tinting and coating done for my car as promised and touch up and correction done immediately when reported. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Worst customer experience dealing with the sales advisor! Never going back. No more 3M! Fixed an appointment 10 days ago to add additional layer and accepted the quote over the call. Arrived on the appointment day, the sales advisor can mentioned nothing on WhatsApp and don’t remember when clearly the person mentioned the rate. In fact text the person before leaving. A typical example of having too many customers and not knowing what was arranged. Total disappointment!
Tint is good. Aftersales service is rubbish. Warranty and defects not honoured. Highly recommended to get your 3M tinting service elsewhere with better Aftersales service.
Installed 3M Ebony. Later got bubbles on 4 windows which they rectified. Wanted to do install an extra tint for a window and asked for quotation at the shop. Not very helpful. Can't give a quote say need to wait for the sales person. Didn't bother to give the number or tried to get in touch with the sales. Appears as if only interested for bigger priced sales
Been going to them since 2013 for my tinting needs and they have been good all the time especially when there are defects after their application which they will rectify for you.
