The service by the doctor assistant was good but not the doctor itself. Just assume or predict. Not making an accurate or proper checking. Hope its not happening to others.

This year, I had diarrhea 23 times in the three days of Chinese New Year. The doctor just diagnosed mediocre diarrhea without any special examination. It took more than a week to recover after taking the medicine. Afterwards, I found out that I had stomach worms only after I felt something was wrong and went to another room for blood and urine tests. In fact, if the doctor misdiagnoses it, it can be forgiven. The point is, is writing more than 20 times in three days normal diarrhea? I have already emphasized that the result is just to prescribe a few more packs of salt water to me, at least a blood test and urine test or a gastroscope, right? Nothing, it came out within 5 minutes, very perfunctory, I remember that she was an old female doctor at about 10: 30 or 12 in the morning, I went to see it when I was in the second or third year of junior high school, if I have no experience If you're not careful, don't come out and hurt people.

Emergency at 12am worse experience. Doctor looks no mood to hear too much. Xray on call tell us help patient take off clothes fast fast 1245am because if its take too much of time, it will disturb his sleeping time. Specialist very nice.

Poor service. The operater not friendly. I ask for if got mri abdomen available. But the operator just told me, no no. Today is PH.yes i know today but im not ginna doing today. Im just asking if got mri abdomen available at kpj. Fuhh. Worst private hosp

Waited for almost 7 hours for my grandma to just get xray. Some staff attitude also not very friendly

Friendly staff at KPJ Sibu. One of them gave me a call the night before to confirm my attendance the following day and to let me know that my appointment time for C19 booster jab had been rescheduled. Not a long wait for my turn. Glad to see that there weren't many people unlike at the indoor stadium.

Ibu saya membuat pemeriksaan dan rawatan pada 7 & 8 oktober. Di KPJ Sibu.
Caj adalah berpatutan, tapi saya cadang servis perlu sama dgn nilai yg dibayar.
Harap pada masa akan datang servis kpj pada tahap 5/5, samada dari segi servis doktor, jururawat dan perkhidmatan lain.

We did medical checkup there and ended up being treated poorly. First, the staff didn't deliver their messages clearly, we didn't know where to go, sit or stand.

Secondly, there was no coordination between departments. Two departments calling for same person at the same time.

For ultrasound, the first staff told us to enter the room directly when we have the feeling of desperately need to pee. However, when we wanted to enter the room, other staff stopped us. Instead of listening to our explanation and responding to us nicely, they showed attitude and said 'tunggu panggil'. At last the lady at the entrance helped us follow up and feedback to us.

2 stars to mammogram department, consultant doctor and the lady at the entrance that guided us. The rest just zero.

Waited for 2 hours to see Emergency, and decided to leave anyway, feel angry and not sure why those who came later got treated earlier, worst experience ever! Registration counter service is very poor, didn’t bother at all to answer you, I could have rate 0/5, NEVER come here again!

Service is poor. It took more that 2 hours for the staff from pharmacy to deliver the medicine to the patient in the ward.
Again the clock in Ward 60-63 the batteries were flat showing 9.45 while the actual time is 3.15 pm. Need some improvement and regular checking on your staffs to make sure they are efficient. Remember KPJ is a private hospital and people expectation is high.
I was also told that your pharmacist started work at around 4.00 pm

Worst experiece ever! If only I could rate 0/5, I would. I will nvr ever recommend this kpj to anyone.

The bed is not functioning, cannot adjust. Was alone and the staff isnt friendly at all Worst service ever. Was sick to death and very hard to get up and suddenly the bed cannot be adjust at all. Hygiene also very bad, my blood on the floor wasn't wiped for days. Cleaner came every alternate days. Can u imagine? Even gov hospital clean twice per day. Kpj should do better. Cleaner came and clean unfortunately clean the room but didn't come to my bed section.

Above all, the worst part is the lacking of the doctors, was checked by other doctor, at the same time report made was signed by other doctor. Send for medical card claim but was declined. Twice. I was sick to death, dr tell me I have the urgency to do this and that but at last cannot claim insurance.

This kpj didn't worth any recommendation. They are not as competent as private hospital should be. If you have better option, then go for better option. Ah, lastly this kjp didn't have cafe. They are not even aware I have eaten or not. I could barely walk, I don't have relatives here, I have to call my collegue to send me food. Ah total nightmare!

Clean, good service a lot of parking places easy to parking, big and spacious medical centre, staff, nurse and also doctor are so good price a bit high but worth it because the service really nice! Highly recommended

Location is strategic. Parking isn't a problem and there are plenty of specialists around for all kinds of medical treatments and consultations needed. Staffs are very friendly and well trained.

Very poor service. Need at least 3hours wait for a bill. Staffs not very performing and lack of skills.

Sibu Specialist Medical Centre. A good place to get your treatments. The place is spacious but medical charges quite expensive.

Very very bad experience, services totally sucks and would never recommend any friends or relatives to seek treatments here in future
