Gdex Lied about their est delivery period to overseas, was told 2 weeks but parcel arrived around 1 week. Excellent service.
The delivery staffs are so rude, won't stop honking outside the house. I've already answered the phone call and confirmed that I'm coming out to take the parcel verbally, but still won't stop calling my phone number and honking.
If you compare to others courier services, they are good, delivery fast, so far no problem with them.well done.
Always late for delivery, dont expect fast from them, I hope HQ can review the person in charge and the staff to improve GDEX reputation in Sibu, dont let incompetent staff bring the company reputation down.
