Saya mempunyai seorang kawan yang berada di luar negara, dia menghantar barang untuk saya maka saya di minta untuk membuat pembayaran yang sangat mahal.betulkah begitu? Kalau saya tidak dapat membuat pembayaran mereka akan melaporkan saya ke pihak polis.apakah perkhidmatan Fedex begitu atau saya sudah di tipu. Tolong jawab bagi sesiapa yang tahu.dan bila di hubungi mereka tidak menjawab, bila di minta alamat dan saya hendak mengambil barang itu sendiri mereka kata tak boleh.kenapa begitu.
FedEx World Service Center at Jalan Canaa in Kuching is closed and the call center is not aware it seems, but telling people to either choose a pick up or send to this drop/off collection center. Whether closure for this center is temporary or permanent, the call center should be aware so that people won't get confused and waste time.
They are only agent. Quite expensive. They can't even tell me how many days my doc.will reach S"pore.
Lately on mco i have ordered few items from hong kong and fedex delivery is flawless. Thanks to the deliveryman that delivered my parcel even it's so late already. You've made my day.
Don't use FedEx. Service extremely poor. FedEx KL added on GST on freight from Brazil even though the item I ordered included freight. The parcel had been sitting in Brazil office for more than a month until I quered FedEx Kuching. When finally the parcel arrived in Kuching I had to collect it myself and forced to pay the GST on the freight. This happened when GST was still arround.
