Thank you so much to Dr. Tun and Dr. Suraj, Dr. Lee for taking care of me during my treatment here. All are professional and Dr. Tun whom i know many years ago. Thank you so much.

Dr Soon was very detailed in explanation and answered every doubts I had regarding my pregnancy. He was the first dr who made sure my baby is in my womb and let me hear my baby’s heartbeat as early as 6 weeks.

I was also admitted to columbia hospital due to zincofer given by a different healthcare and the care Columbia hosp had given me was really extraordinary. The nurses were all very friendly and kind.

I would 100% recommend this hospital to others who live in Miri as well.

The nurses who gave my kids their vaccine is very kind and soft spoken even when my son cried they comforted him very well by giving him a cute little sticker on his hand. So friendly!

Bad customer service.they should improve how to be more polite when talk with the customer especially when asking about hospital service or swab test.tried to ask more questions regarding swab, but then they suddenly end the conversation just like that.

Overpriced. Covid test use RT-PCR, should can get between 24-48 hours, but more than that. Sometimes 4-5 days, not acceptable. Can try other hospital who tested for fast result for swab test.

I've read other comments which is quiet low in service. Maybe the experience was not the same for some people. I had my minor surgery for cyst removal last week (10 July 2020) paid using my AIA. The doctors involved were good and friendly. Especially Dr Vargesh for taking care of my case. (Thank you so much Doctor ️) The nurses were also nice. They really taking care of me with politeness and friendly at the same time. Just that if you don't have a medical insurance, this hospital is quite pricey unless you're very rich Anyway, thanks a lot to all Columbia Asia Hospital Miri staff. I hope you guys can maintain a service like this
