36Tak pernah ada kes barang saya diperam selama bertahun tahun ini.paling laju servis dari shopee.perkerja selalu whatsapp bila barang sudah delivered.
Nobody pick up the phone, tracking number can't be found & no update of delivery status even more than 1 week.
They just throw my new mobile device across the gate without even honking to let me know. Luckily the seller did a good job wrapping the device or it may broken. Terrible service
Makan gaji buta! Kau belajar lah sikit dari abang mu Indonesia, bagaimana cara menjadi jasa ekspedisi yang profesional. Courier to akan coll atau titip barang ke jiran dan ada bukti valid kalau di indo. Ini abx mcm buang sampah ja barang org.kalau nombor tak di angkat dan tak ada org dia justru bawa balik barang entah kemana.susah org nak belanja online kalau ekspedisi courier nya mcm bukan manusia yg kerja.kalau tak nak kerja resign ja.
Went to the ParkCity office to confirm that I will be informed of the delivery (since I will be away from home the follwong week), and the staff confirmed it. Two day later, parcel tracking report shows 'delivered', yet there was no delivery proof attached, and I did not receive any phone calls or texts. Arrived home a week later to find my parcel in the car porch, left in the open area. Luckily, it is still there after a week! Leaving parcels in the car porch, unattended and not informing the recipient, is NOT an efficient and safe delivery. And providing false information in the tracking report — by saying the recipient received the parcel, which I myself did not, is not ethical as well.

Dispatcher tak try call bila kita tiada di rumah. Disimpan macam sampah jak barang depan rumah. Sudah la kita tinggal kat flat, kalau tinggal rumah teres takpa jugak. Letak depan pintu jak seolah-olah satu flat tu kita yang punya (tiada penghuni lain lalu lalang). At least simpan parcel kita di tempat yang tersembunyi la ataupun bawa balik tu parcel untuk self collection. Parcel pun dah dibuka. Tak tau la siapa yang buka. Sama ada dispatcher ataupun jiran2 i yang "prihatin" tolong buka. Nasib baik la parcel tak hilang dikebas. Tiada ka courier service yang bagus lagi selain yang sudah sedia ada ni. Malas nak panjang2. Sekadar nak meluah rasa kecewa jak.
I hate using this courier service. They never send my parcel at my house eventho it said out of delivery. POOR SERVICE Jnt, Dhl and pos laju much better than this. The driver/deliver boy so useless. I wondered how this courier hired their staff whose don't know how to read people address. Their staff called me so many times just bcs they don't know to find the address.and one more thing, please don't put a fake update on tracking.
Sigh.how i wish i can change courier. ABX never deliver on time. Hate it the most when item went out for delivery but never reach you.when it's at night they will updated the status saying the recipient is not at home.even though you already wasted the whole day of time waiting for them. Service and delivery speed never improve.many years has passed and it's still the same.worst courier in Bintulu.

The service is getting worse.guyss go email their headquarters and file a complaint. Their delivery speed is ridiculous!
I hate it so muchhh, always update a fake status when they failed to deliver. Last times it was "office closed, no people at home ". Now it is "delivered"? Who do you delivered it to? You are only making people worry!
ABX bintulu simpan barang aku lama kat sana buat apalebih seminggu, sepatutnya dah hantar harini kat tempat aku, jgn sampai aku buat laporan ke pihak yg berwajib nanti

Barang sudah sampai lama di bintulu. Belum juga hantar kat saya. Call xda jawab ni ABX, BILA nak hantar.adooh

Delivery services are pretty slow most times, though somewhat improved from what it used to be few months back. However, if your phone number is no longer in service, why don't you update the current one so that customer is able to contact you? Need to improve your customer service. They won't even help to check tracking status eventhough their person is there and the computer is on when you are only 10 minutes early from 10am. Most unhelpful!
