KK Waterfront Hotel

Rooms are small and not well maintained. Tv only has two channels; Bernama news and some women's sport channel. Toilet, everything was falling apart and the shower area takes 10minutes for the water to drain out.
But with the ballooning hotel prices in KK, this place is worth it for single, couples business or small groups for a short stay as the rooms are medium range and as clean as can be. Location is good as it's in the middle of KK town, short walk to most sites, shops, seaside and tours that you may need to go.

The place isnt worth the money. Got a room with a lot cockroaches and bad water pressure.
The staff are friendly tho.

Not bad, from my prospective. Maintenance must consistently done. Maybe some upgrade would satisfy visitors.

Kali pertama stay di hotel yang ada masalah air sedangkan hotel tinggi hanya smpai tingkat 5 je kalau tgk dari lif. Ingat nak extend 2 malam.plan cancel.

The hotel only look like glam outside just because situated in nice area but conditions room in this hotel for me on my view just same as ordinary average budget hotel not as expected with the price and the service, the staff not so friendly

Room is small and can be noisy in the early morning especially if your room is near the shoplots as they will open the roller shutter and it's pretty loud.

What I didn't like - Water pressure is bad!

Easy checkin. Comfy room. Warm hospitality. Good breakfast. Hotel do not have parking space so use public Parking. Rm10 for one day.

First time check in disini.wah.bilik bersih.kemas.dan cantik. Kalau boleh perbanyakkan channel tv.semua oke.layanan reception sangat mesra dan ramah.dan berbudi bahasa.buffet dinner pun sedap.simple dan sedap.waitress nya pun rajin dan mesra.thankyou.

Simple yet sufficiently equipped cheap hotel. It has simple yet fulfilling breakfast or dinner buffet option. Situated at centre of town. Easily accessible.

The breakfast is the better compare with tangs D. Except no free parking as per claim in agoda advertising. Will come again for sure. Tq

Christmas carols in the hotel restaurant, very helpful staff, excellent location, a few minutes walk to night food market, seafod restaurants next door, minutes walk to peer for trips to the islands nearby and did mentioned the helpful staff? Stayed one week while visiting sites nearby. Keep in mind is not a luxury hotel and you are not paying for one.

Went here for a 2 days work trip over the weekend, cant say I enjoyed it. Other than the location and staff, literally nothing else is good. Location is nice cuz its near to the city & foodplace and also lots of retail shops. Staff if good, polite, smile a lot. Thats it. Food, breakfast was included, was not good enough to say anything. I am most angry at the water supply. Slow? Low pressure? Still bearable. My case, the water stop. Theres no water! And this is at 930am. The time when we are getting ready for work! But, surprisingly agoda said this hotel was fully booked. Why? Eh? Just cuz the location I suppose. The water supply tho, makes me really angry. Not coming again for sure.

The photo in the agoda is differ as reality. The water pressure is slow. Frustrated a bit with the stay. The breakfast is ok. Lots of choices. Get ready with RM100 deposit which is for me way too much even though you can get it back during your check out.

Stayed there for 3D2N. Their staffs were friendly, courteous & helpful. I must say many thanks to one receptionist (male) for his professional (yet friendly) attitude towards our requests & all. Though it isnt a 5-Star hotel, but their service was on par with those high-end hotels. Breakfast buffet was included with the room rate. Not many choices as one can get from other hotels but sufficient enough to sustain until lunch time The room was big & clean, the shower was a lil bit small but who's complaining The hotel is within short distance to the night market, waterfront area. In short, it is smacked in the middle of the city.

Very disappointing. When request for non smoking room they give smoking room. They quote one price and charge another price. Will not consider this hotel in future.

Sometimes simple to supreme. KK Waterfront Hotel has the simple pleasures at an affordable price.

Family Room price RM238, smelly- cigarates or whatever smell this is. Plz use RM8 buy some febreez.

Aircond like old 2nd hand fridge, no feel at all.

Will no come here again. Im not happy.
