Youth Park

Mostly all facilities are closed down due to Covid. Stay safe and follow SOP whenever possible.

Superbly maintained. Large car park split over three plus roadside. A measured walk for those seeking exercise plus a large green where evening aerobics classes are held. Walk past the well stocked shop to the toilets and then into the multi-pool area - fantastic for children! All around the park are exercise machines plus a skate park!
Add to the above the various paths leading into the jungle and you've the perfect place for gentle strolls or exercise walks or fun afternoons with the family or more vigorous hill climbing.

Best place for families with kids of all ages I have ever seen. Lots of shades, good playgrounds and free pooös of various depths. I would recommend taking a swimm tshirt with you though.

This is quite a good place to relax, hiking, exercise and outdoor activities, near with botanic garden, very nice scenery.

After a long hike to meet this is worth it. To get this fresh air after living this hectic lifestyle is beyond amazing? This is just a view from level 3. Will definitely try higher next time

Very nice and clean place for family and friend gathering and relaxing in the weekend. Not very far from town center. Have lots of amenities such as playground, public swimming pool for adult and children, gym, achery range, skate boarding ground, Tai chi area and outdoor exercise equipment

Great place for children and adults to spend time close to nature. It has a huge play station and children's pool where they can play safely

Clean, tranquil environment to catch an early exercise or a revitalizing evening exercise. There's a trail that leads up to No. 5 if you're into hiking as well. Great place to mingle with the locals alike

This is where the locals in Penang rest. You can easily see monkeys. Take a break on the broad grass.

Great place for kids & adults alike to unwind & enjoy some physical activities in the greeneries. Apart from the big field, there are also a series of shallow pools for the kids. The playground is also a big hit though it can be a little tricky to maneuver due to the amount of monkey droppings littering it. The skating rink is a good start for beginners while more advanced skaters can head to the skate park at the rear. There is an archery range but this activity has since been prohibited. If you're interested to hike up Penang Hill via trail path, there are a few entrances here that you can take.

Nice place for passing time. Kids will have a gala time. Carry swimwear if you plan to indulge in water based games

New broom sweep clean they say huh it's true I am slowly migrating to the Penang Youth Park since the 62 Merdeka Day.
I like the greeneries around here and it's very shady from the large trees. Since the 80s there are lots of improvement especially with many foot tracks into the hills and around the playing field.
They have built waterfall catch pond and extra swimming pool for kids and adults. Tis place has a proper clean toilet and showers to facilitate the public.
More cars parking space are allotted to separate visiting crowds. It's more open and very safe to park inside the Youth Park now.
Not forgetting the larger area the council has open up for recreation and lepak lepak. Also a huge recreation hall was errected for aerobatics and line dancing opened to the public and attracting more crowd.
Penang is indeed fortunate to have this beautiful park which is becoming my new found haven where I am going more regularly.

A nice park to go to with friends and family for a walk or to do sports. There are bathrooms and toilets although they are not so clean. If you walk upwards beyond the swimming pool, you will find some fruit trees like jackfruit, starfruit, etc. Becareful, there are a lot of monitor lizards.

Ada pool utk kanak2, ada track utk hiking, ada padang boleh jogging, boleh zumba tiap petang minggu.

Jalan sudah naik pulih baik kawasan djaga cantik jua taman kanak selamat bermain parking motorkar banyak

Permandangan yg indah dan suasana alam semulajadi dijaga dgn baik.
Sesuai utk riadah dan mesra kanak2.

Great place to bring the family for outdoor activities. Skating, swimming, body building, archery, etc. A great park for everyone.

Wow for this park, a fantastic place to run away from all busy week in town, remember this park entry is free with a good facilities.from a so many sport equipment waiting u to using, and mural photo spot for u taking selfie till u tired and got free swimming full and water fall, and for children don't worry they got a lot children play area and also jogging track for who will jog there.

Tempat yg bagus untuk bawak anak2 dtg bergembira dan beriadah.nk mandi kolam pon free. 1 part menjimatkan.tp biasa la public pool, crowded jgk laa.tp xpala.janji ank2 happy so mak pak pon happy.kalau bwk makanan jaga2.byk duk ada.
