Very responsive, treated customers politely, even called me to get back money that i accidentally paid extra after i left the shop. It's my second time visit this shop since two years ago. P/S: they recently changed their shop's name to FixBay

2. Rude to customers
3. Disrespect
4. Talk to them on WhatsApp before walking in, but the price was different when I got there.
5. Ask to check the screen price, they are unwilling to check for you.
6. Confusing by their "face-to-face" service, total 6 times back and forth to the shop.
And lastly, truly sorry about leaving my mask in the car, but you can just tell me to go back to grab my mask if u really cant accept, instead of throw thing loud in front of me and meanwhile I just came to collect my device, which is can be done in 5 minutes.
Terrible. Unpleasant experience.
