I have to write a bad review now. I have been happy using TND service since last year but I was let down today. Apart from my parcel being kept for days upon arrival to Malaysia, when it was out for delivery, the delivery man negligently sent it to someone else's house. Luckily the lady who got the parcel was kind enough to contact me that my parcel was with her. Unfortunately, her son unboxed it as he mistakenly thought that was their parcel.

Previously TND used to have an efficient service that once you pay the shipping fee, the parcel will be delivered to the recipients within 1-2 days. Now they will delay it until you have ro send an email for an explanation of why it's late.

I will choose another service from now on. Though it might be a bit more expensive than what TND charge, I want to avoid unnecessary stress that could affect my mental health from the poor service.

Sea freight is expensive and slow. Compared with other shipping companies, this is the slowest. Others take 14-20 days to ship by sea, but here it takes 21-28 days, and the charges are not a little bit more expensive than others! Really, there is no harm if there is no comparison, and I probably won’t use this company for shipping in the future.

Had been using their service years prior and I have to say. They have not been performing well. It take weeks to wait for parcels to be consolidated. Once the parcel arrive in Malaysia, express delivery does deliver the next day. On the other hand, their sea freight warehouse consolidates fast.

Overall fast deliver (besides during MCO takes more days in deliver), CS is good and fast reply. Have been used their service for a long time and will continue use it

*But the way, please handle parcels more carefully. (Not sure it was damaged due to their handle or third-party)

Honest review.never use their service, cheater and also slow service.think twice before you want use their service.although the price is relatively cheap compared to other companies out there, don't be fooled by what they say, trust us, not them.go find others companies, little expensive doesnt matter, but you satisfied with their service.not like this company.very worst.you will suffer like us if you stubborn want use their service.this is my experience with this company so far.tell the truth

Great disappointment. There is a hidden regulations which never been disclosed. The website only instructed you how to make order, but they never ever mentioned that once your order made and awaiting payment, you cant proceed for cancellation. Even though you just want to merge with another item.
I am fine with that if the rules and regulations have been clearly specified in the website or before we make payment, but not to switch the responsibility back to the customer, telling him that you were the one who asked to proceed and you should know the consequence. HOW SHOULD I KNOW IF IT IS NOT WRITTEN THERE? And they only tell you IF YOU ASKED WHY CANNOT.

Order submitted for a month and still not getting it, just the status of weighing takes forever. Called /whatsapp response always the same old " will speed up" and till now after a month my things still stuck there. Please rethink if you wish to use them.

If you’re lucky, you’ll like it. Unfortunately, for me, they are not responsive even if I asked nicely.

Pretty fast delivery as i received my parcel within 5 days after payment.the parcel was a little bit dented though its all good! Would definitely use this service again

Been using TND for years. They WERE my trusted courier company when I purchase from TB China. 但是现在的服务差到没有人有！

However, nowadays they are WAY TOO SLOW! IT'S UNFAIR for us to pay for Air Freight Fees but receive the goods as slow as SEA! 收空运的钱给海运的服务。我也是醉了。

The parcel received by warehouse in China on 15/6, today it's 1/7 and the status is "Pending". I didn't know it takes more than 2 weeks to fly from China to Msia.

Used to be so good but nowadays everything is delayed and i have to wait for 3-4 weeks to get my item. If u want to use this warehouse please think twice lol
