Got my car tyre run flat at the road side and called Lita Bateri & Tyre for help. They were quick to rescue and gave friendly advices to me without being too hard sell. I had zero knowledge in car maintenance till I met Roseline who shared with me a lot while she genuinely concerns my road's safety and well-being. They're highly efficient in getting my car's 4 tyres replaced with quality goods with affordable price that I'm comfortable with. I highly recommend this place and it's definitely my most trusted tyre shop to go to in Penang!

To be honest this is first last coming to this stupid shop. They can't even fix simple alignment, giving stupids reasons such as your tyres is not good, i just changed new tyre s. It's not about tyres, you're lack of experience fixing alignment, giving so much trouble. I will not recommended anyone coming to this shop.

If you’re thinking of tyres or finding no one to consult about your car, this is the place you should go. They are honest people and trustworthy. Look for Roseline, her customer service is the best. Due to busy work, I couldn’t find time to check my tyres but I need to travel that week. I told Roseline my situation and without thinking twice, she quickly came and took my car for servicing. We were in touch over the phone where she explained the detailed issues they found and provided me suggestions. Honestly, they charged me very reasonably and returned my car at the end of the day. On top of that, she also help me to renew my roadtax and clean the interior of my car. Now, it looks like a brand new car. Super good service!

Honesty is the best policy. For a small business, their work ethics, in many ways, can rival many bigger organizations.

This week I went many alignment shop to align my car, they can't even fix it.seriously this shop absolutely good, they will align your car at least 98%, but they aligned my car 99.99%, absolutely fantastic, there is one malay brother, he is so good.knowledgeable person. Today morning I went here for the first time after I see the reviews. Honestly, I'm really satisfied with their service. The girl name Roselyn is very humble and polite. I been told there's no problem with my car but they still check everything promptly for my satisfaction. The technician was really skillfull. Highly recommended for everyone and worth the money. Whenever I feel uneasy with steering wheel and tire, will visit Lita soonest possible. This is one of the very few tire shop where after balancing and allignment is completed, car will be driven on the road to check maneuverability. Minor drive mechanism adjustment will be made when necessary until the technician is satisfied. I only go to Lita if I am in Penang.

They advice me to change one second hand rim to replace the spoiled one instead of 4 new rims. Saved my money
