Good packaging and good service. Even though the max delivery time that they quote is 90 days, however mine and my friends goods got delivered in 40 and 65 days respectively. Just keep enquiring when is their container shipping date, that will help in reducing delivery time. They have shorter delivery time for household stuff like clothes, books, footwear etc.

Not good service, I send my parcel with st cargo, they said it take 3 months, I can understand because of COVID, but the 4month they said your parcel delivered, don't know where they delivered but not the address given and they dint took responsibility to find my lost parcel and now not giving any response.i hope they should take some action and give back my things or pay back.

Cheap price to send things to India, 17rm per kg. Really helpful to my friend who is relocated to India and send his things by this. It will take max 1 month to deliver.
Fraud shop. Give items at your own risk. Delivered item in very bad state and items missing. Never trust them. Neither penang office nor bangalore office responsible. Delivery guys never let you check the box. I spend close to 1 lakh rupees in sending the items. Items and that money is completely lost.
