Skynet Butterworth

The package was sent from KL9/11/23 and it’s the tenth day today, 20/11/23. I haven’t received the package yet… I called them and they said they had a lot of goods to deliver and I had to wait…

Showing “out of delivery” but dont send the parcel come，call to ask，then say the driver not free to ship the parcel today，and we keep waiting for whole dayCall to ask the branch，the service center showing bad attitudeIf not gonna delivery today，then dont show“out of delivery”，it will make trouble，I told to others the parcel will be arrived today，and now I have to explain why the parcel not coming

Tengok review tahu dah bukan aku sorg je yg kena.bila dah nak buat penghantaran sampai kat butterworth ni je konon nak deliver dah tup tup tiba2 bagi tahu alamat xjumpa kau biar betul alasan biar logik laa.aku dah try report ke skynet malaysia hrp2 lingkup n tutup laa branch butterworth ni menyusahkan orang!

Apa lama sangat weh. Barang nak guna sangat2. Xjumpa address? Sebelom ni courier lain 1@2hari dh hantar brg ke rumah? Byr kos pos mhal2.mcni ka servis?

Ni pun sama lembab. Kalau malas nk hantar barang le rumah customer, tutup terus la opis. Lg bagus.

The service so bad! Courier lain elok ja tiga empat haqi dh hntaq. Yg ni ka smpai seminggu pun tak smpai2? Alasan apa hujan, rumah tkdk org? Common sense la sikit. Org urgent nk pakai barang! Baik tkyh buka teruih syarikat hmpa ni menyusahkan hidup! Beban! Call hq, tak jwb. Call hmpa tak jwb. Hbih nk kena aku pi dekat hmpa kutip barang?

Worst courier that I ever met! The driver speak in a very rude way asking where is my house located… I explained to him and ask him where is he actually located now in order to guide him to my house. But he don want listen and keep shouting at me at the phone asking where is my house. The attitude is very worst! Very dissatisfied with the service. I think I will always ask seller which courier they use to avoid skynet in my future online delivery l.

Based on my experience, the service need to be improved. Despite the delay, the customer service is very friendly and attentive.

This particular company should not even be in the list of couriers. I didnt really have any option because suddenly the seller decided to. Well there you go, one the worst if not the worst.

Skynet delivery very slow, especially Simpang Ampat area, take more than 3 weeks still haven't receive my parcel! Customer service also take few days to response to your email, the worst courier service ever.

Worse courier ever. Keep parcel for days, update item attempt out for delivery on saturday but until monday the parcel still havent arrived.

Very bad service. Items totally not arrange to deliver. Just massage next day to collect at warehouse. What the poor service company that I never meet b4.

Bad service, item already arrived on 18/5 keep until now, Lazada please black list this courier. If you still skynet I don't want buy anything from Lazada.

Telepon tak angkat, penghantaran lewat, msg difacebook tak reply company haram jadah harap melingkup lah lepas ni.

Very bad service! The item was not arrived until now! Its been almost a week, the item still been in the office! Very Dissatisfied!

Its been a month my parcel still at office, if your item is urgent do not use skynet. Pos Laju was better.

Very bad service! Poor staff and management. Product reached warehouse but say no one to send it over. No driver, no lorry bla bla! Next time better close down business!
