I am using sitegiant lite, not recommend this system too many bugs and not user friendly, if you have many variation for one product, you need to key in info to create variation one by one, no duplicate function

Sitegiant is great to sync with Shopee platform, however when syncing both Shopee and Lazada, the problem arises! The integration between Sitegiant and Lazada is not that mature yet especially when you replenish the stock under different variant, it will become a mess as in Lazada backend will create duplicates and there's a lot of tuning work to do, manually.

I would advise if you want to sync both platforms and your products have a lot of variants, consider well. Also the multichat is only able to sync Whatsapp, Shopee and Lazada but not including all the International Platforms like Ebay Amazon. (At this moment)

I hope in the near future, Sitegiant can improvise on the above matter. Last but not least, Fahtin from the support site is very helpful during the whole process. Appreciate that, keep it up with the team!

We been using Sitegiant for a year and their customer service and marketing team are definitely the best among all Malaysia marketplace sync platform. Sitegiant always provide us a good solutions when we facing issue or giving any suggestions. Yet, they also keep improving their functions that fits Malaysians.

Site Giant is an excellent platform for startup company, they make your live easier by providing a platform for you to build a fast and efficient website for your company. On top of that their live chat group (support team) @Ui Sern, @Thai Jim, @SUN. Kudos! To them, they are very responsive in handling your quarries and they know how to solve your errors or problems in your site. I have been using many platform similar to SiteGiant before but now I know why they are the No1. Thank You Once Again.

We used SiteGiant for 1 year now and we have no regrets for signing up! We are able to manage our Shopee and Lazada orders in SiteGiant much faster. We can also easily set up our own website and promote our products. Most importantly, SiteGiant has awesome support staff which is patient and always solve any questions we have.

Most of the SiteGiant features are marketplace seller oriented. They have multiple power sellers tools like Product Watermark, Payment Reconciliation, Shipping Label Printing and so on which I think is very helpful in reducing our workload and smoothing our daily operation. Thanks SiteGiant. Hope you guys can come out with more useful marketplace tools for us.

My parents were selling women’s shoes in a mall. Two years ago, my brother and I took over this business and we decided to go online. I wanted to say that SiteGiant is a very good eCommerce platform for beginners like us to sell online. We can sell on FB Shop, our own webstore and even marketplaces like Shopee and Lazada. The customer service is super-friendly and helpful as well. No regrets signing up SiteGiant as our eCommerce service providers.

We are selling women’s clothing in both Lazada & Shopee. It is troublesome to open two different browsers at the same time to manage our customer’s enquiries. We like payment reconciliation feature because we can check Lazada and Shopee overcharge easily. Of course, they have many marketplace tools too. If you are a marketplace seller selling in both Shopee and Lazada, you definitely should give SiteGiant a try.

Despite Shopee having its own shipping label printing, we prefer to use SiteGiant Shipping Label tool. We could print shipping labels together with the packing list and immediately know what items that we’ll need to pack for each order. Best part is we can sort and print the shipping labels by best selling items. In this way, we just have to pick the same item once.
