The worst courier ever - totally ignores the phone - for such a big company only 1 phone.   They lost my order as well - Any seller on Shopee please avoid this courier. Address also appears not correct. So annoying to deal with these type of courier.negative 5 stars

If anybody decided to go this place, please cancel their idea of going there. Even with the updated address in the reviews below, it seems that they are not currently located there anymore. I spent hours finding this place and end up calling the customer service but as we all know Shopee won’t give the answer you wanted. Bad service and won’t even give any updates to the location!

Extremely bad service from Shopee Express. The system shows Posstore, went to the location, it was a beauty salon, searched for Shopee Express and it brought me to nowhere. How the heck am i supposed to ship my items to my customer? Called their customer service and they don't even know that it has been relocated and to where no one knows. It is only good for buyers but not for sellers. I will not rate any star if there's a choice.

Slow delivery! Items sorted wrongly to Bagan Serai! After few days they only noticed and send it to Georgetown. Causing delay to my parcel

What a spectacular failure of a business this is if their own courier service is much much much much much much worse that other courier services and consumers don’t have a say on what courier service they prefer. If they can pay Jackie Chan to help advertise their app they certainly have the money to improve their courier service.

I have updated the new location.in case its not updated, the address is 262, Lebuh Sandilands.exactly next door to nationwide express jalan gurdwara.open till 4pm.sat n sun closed

Shopee hub no longer located at this address. They have relocate to Jalan Gurdwara. The new location is opposite direction of Toyota showroom, with distance about 200-300m.
Not much of landmarks around as it's bunch of unoperating shoplots. You'll notice shopee van (Orange color) and shopee motorcycle at the shop.

5 stars for shopee delivery abang with Harimau Malaya profile pic who patiently guide me to the hub.

0 star for shopee management in updating the current address.
