Post Office Padang Tembak

Very bad service, the postman did not call me to collect the parcel, but it showed delivery attempt failed. It is very troublesome for me to collect in the Padang Tembak post office, if we need to collect the parcels from the post office, what is the duty of postmen? Hope you all can improve your services!

My parcel stated that it will delivered by today and im waiting for my parcel but then delivery man message me and tell me that he already put my parcel at post guard when my house dont even have a post guard.im already called the post man and he blamed me when im already put the correct address as if my ussual address that I use everytime but no other delivery form different courier had problem with that so I asked him to just bring it back and let me collect by myself I can hear he sigh rudely and mentioned that he will deliver my item by tommorow when today not even 5 pm I contacted him around 1 pm.please improved your services trully disappointed

No matter which branch it is, some delivery people will not call you, directly wrote on the system that the person could not be reached, did not answer the call, and there was no one around. The reason was that he did not receive any incoming calls at all. This company will not pursue the case. When replying to the seller, he can only tell you that the information is displayed like this, so you just have to wait.
Secondly, he gave the package to someone I didn’t know. He was neither a neighbor nor a guard, and he didn’t have a signature to prove it. I asked him why he gave it to others, but they didn’t answer. Then they wrote in the system that I have signed for it. Where can I find it in the huge crowd?
Thirdly, the deliveryman accidentally missed the call once. If you call back, he will never answer the call. I also hope that my work attitude can provide such service in my own company.

Worst experience everrr poslajuuu in penang,
No calls no text when delivering my parcel. Why u didnt put on my box seems it is a small parcel and I PAY FOR DELIVERY, WHY I NEED TO GO COLLECT BY MY OWNSELF AT UR POST OFFICE? ! All courier like jnt just put in the box for the small parcel, y u need to ksi susah people with u service like this. Better pay me back for tambang grab then cancel the delivery on parcel. WORSTTTT!

Items arrived, never phone. End up have to take the trouble to drop by the branch to pick up. Quite hopeless as a bursa-listed company.

Very poor planning on the limit of person allowed to enter. Barring people that queued for a long time from entering but never stopped those who cut queues and just enter. Utter rubbish.

Why this Pos Laju dont work on Saturday? I went to take my registered letter which they did not even send any notes to my house but the branch is closed! In fact i was at home on the delivery day but seems nobody came up at all. This branch is the worst. If i dont have the tracking number of the registered mail i dont even know that someone had send me a letter as they did not even put or drop the notes on mailbox. Please improve your service.

Why everytime I need to collect my parcel here myself? This is the only poslaju that didn't call you when they reach your house delivering parcel. And they didn't even leave the delivery notice at your gate or mailbox. At least I know when you guys attempt to deliver the parcel and why I failed to collect it (eg: not at home). Or simply just you guys didn't send out the parcel and waiting us to collect it by ourselves

Very few people here, no need to wait for long time. Staffs are nice as they even help to relocate the submitted parcels for replacement.

Small post office catering for local residents. All types of postal services available here. Also utilitity bills can be paid here. Usually not crowded and has ample parking space inside post office compound. Very friendly staff manning the counters

Most of the time long queue, fortunately the air - con is working. Encountered many computer offline occasions.

The staff are quite hardworking, friendly and helpful. Just that they are slow at handling some matters at times
