Barang i dah 5 hari no update dkt tracking! What the? ! Call tak pick up2. I order barang dari penang ja tau, bukan dari johor ka apa. Orang urgent, u orang duk buat cara sloth. Ya allah, lembabnya service u orang!

My item has no movement or updates for almost 5 days. How much longer shall i wait? I would rather go pick it up myself if i could. BAD SERVICE from POS LAJU no matter which STATE. Bad Service overall from pos laju in malaysia.

Hai. Boleh tak angkat call? Bnyak kali call tak angkat. Bila call je busy. Lepastu berapa lama nak simpan parcel customer? Barang dari penang nak hntar ke kuantan je pun ‍️

Never answer your phone. Never attempt to deliver. Just wanting to get pay. They should close down the office and save the RAYKAT MONEY. Many people get frustrated just because of your bad attitude and poor service

Servis out, call x jawab.brg yg utk di hantar pn entah kemana.nama saja pos laju, baik guna yg lain lg bagus.

Tidak menjawab call dan servis sangat lembab, tidak profesional dalam servis, bayar mahal tetapi tiada kualiti dalam penghantaran dan servis

Cawangan Pos laju paling teruk sekali. Dah seminggu barang smpai sini. Tak gerak2 delivery lagi. Taktau staf kat sini sibuk sgt dok buat apa. Mkn gaji buta kot.

5/6/2021 - sampai poslaju BM
10/6/2021 - dispatch out. Tgk2 sampai poslaju kepala batas

Barang sepatutnya delivery ke alamat di BM. Dh kenapa pegi sampai kepala batas? Dh la peram barang lama2!

Pos laju lol.tak tau nak cakap pe, yg penting service paling hanat aku rase, call tak angkat, pastu parcel kat situ 2-3 hari.tak pernah lagi dalam life aku guna pos laju jdi mcm ni.aku rase ni last aku guna.disebabkan branch ni, aku dah tawar hati dah.aku tak tau staff dyorg buat, P. I. C dyorg buat pe.mungkin sbb dah didik mcm tu.tu yg tkde tanggungjawab langsung.haihh betul betul menyusahkan orang je, mcm mane lah nk maju kalau mcm ni la attitude korang.

Servis lambat sangat. Saya stay BM jugak tapi parcel lambat sangat sampai. Dah dkt 2 minggu. Call tak pernah angkat. Very dissapointed. Mohon Poslaju BM perbaiki servis anda.

I hope ikea won't use this poslaju branch for sending their item. A very bad choice, take note when you plan to purchase from ikea in northern region.

around 7-8 day time before transferring to another branch, at least it didn't went missing so still okay.

Poslaju aka Poslambat: Still waiting for my parcel that stuck here for a week,
compare to another poslaju branch, the others only take a week or 9 days to start deliver to owner, except this branch, super slow services!

Mereka akan simpan parcel dalam tempoh yang lama.bila call tak diangkat.pos laju paling teruk didunia.
