The service attitude at the counter is very good, and the maintenance technician is also very attentive in explaining.

Customer service wise ok but workshop service is just ok since my car is not under warranty (old car)

Service is okay but a bit on the slow side because there are so many cars to service.took about 2+ hours to finish my car for a 50k service.

The earliest booking date I got was 7 days from the day I called. Remember to call earlier.

Came here Saturday 1pm.
Have made appointment b4 hand for inspection service.

Seemed understaff. Waited for an hour still not checking my car. What's the point of making appointment? The staff is nice.

So if you want to come, either go home eat first or lepak somewhere else.or bring laptop here also can. Got plug at customer lounge.

Nearby got many nice restaurant. Mostly open 3pm onwards. So plan your day ahead

Staff mesra, tempat menunggu okay. Proses menunggu agak lama dan x padan sgt utk bnda-2 basic.harap dpt improve. Lain-2 terbaik

Clean waiting area. Nice staffs. Quite fast service as my car had a lot of issues due to prolonged service appointment because of Covid.

Customer service there is horrible. Wont recommend to even service ur car there. Do it somewhere else

Cuma rasa kecewa, sebab sy balik kg dinibong tebal, temperature kereta naik, nak hantar perodua, tak diterima sebab tak ada appointment, dan diauruh buat appointment hmmm.

Berpuas hati dgn pkihdmatan. Saya telah belanjakan rm7 ratus lbh utk servis kali ini. Namun agk sedih sdkit sb tidk mndpt sebarang saguhati.

Poor service and attitude of female staff. Wherever asked about schedule of service, she shown her #@$&? * face and sound like take it or leave it.
Btw, male staff are helping and kind to explain when needed. Give likes to them.

The new place is bigger than old one. Have many parking area. And the waiting area also very satisfied. The staff here have a good attitude. Great services for them.

Very bad service. Re tow my call Bayan Lepas branch without informing. Drive all the way from Penang to Nibong Tebal to enquire then only knew about the car has been re tow to Bayan Lepas a about 10 days ago. Wasting my petrol, toll and time. Very very bad service. Never ever let your car to be sent to Nibong Tebal in cases of accident. Disappointed.

Dealer Perodua Service Center. But make sure the Foreman always give some Technical Training to your Mechanic/Technician to become More PROFESSIONAL and RESPONSIBILITIES when doing the Service jobs. Especially the screw, bolt, nut, drain plug, ENGINE OIL FILTER & etc. Make sure double checking your work before release the vehicle to customer.

Worst service centre I have ever visit. Heard abnormal sounds while driving and come to request for checking, one stuff ask to queue up in walk in list, after we go back and get another car for use, another stuff told us not able to do so because of not enough foreman, and asked to come again next week.

Good Service. Free wifi. Free drinks and snack. Comfortable sitting. Kids playing area. Nice and friendly staff.

This place have Customer Lounge complete with Tv, wifi, light refreshment etc. Comfortable place.
