16One stop centre for postage, parcel and some financial services. The place is small for local area. Not so fast as it uses number cueing
Parking an issue. Place not well maintained. Poor lighting, air conditioner basically non as air get stuffy. Not sure if the staff turn it on. Saw to unit behind the staff counter. If the staffs feel cold they can wear a sweater. Don't make the customer suffer because of your convenience
Tiada tolak ansur dan tidak mudahkan urusan pelanggan yang sakit hamil utk gunakan wakil buat money order. Sikap staf yang sombong bongkak dan tidak mesra pelanggan. Don’t come to this post office. Rela pergi yang jauh lagi. To that man, may God gives karma to you
Got ample parking spaces. Cover most post office services. Ok to visit, just to avoid peak hours like lunch hours etc.
Went on a Friday 10am.
Only 2 counters were opened, but there were only 2 clients. Quick service and managed to settle my issue within 15 mins.

Visited this post office this morning. I must praise the Malay lady from counter 4 (her name is rosi. Niza? I couldn’t remember her exact name) Her service is superb and she really explain everything so well to me as this was my first time doing kiriman wang at a post office. She is so dedicated to her job and I’m quite sry to other ppl as the line behind me is quite long that time. Thumbs up for the good service!
On the internet showing Saturday is open. Nd when I reached.office is closed.time wasting information
Service abit slow maybe due to too many people.no aircon inside and wait around 1 hour for driving license renew.
Pos laju memang macam ini kah? Barang saya dah sampai di pos laju simpang ampat. Dan di shipp lagi ke selangor. Padahal rumah di simpang ampat? Memang suka pusing2 benda ne kah?

The counter services are too poor and not friendly at all. That Indian lady at the counter is so rude to her customers
Tbh poslaju used to be my fav courier service. Now, I wouldn't even recommend it. Better use DHL or J&T or NinjaVan. Anything but poslaju! The worst courier service ever. They always send my parcels late up to 15 days to 21 days.crazy woo. Just imagine if I buy chocojar or other food? Basi already wehh! Also, you call they won't answer, you email also they don't reply. Really bad customer service. After 15 days, waiting so long I go and find my own parcel at Simpang Ampat. They dare tell me that it's my fault my parcel didn't arrive. They say my adress is wrong. Excuse me, that address MPSP gave me okayyyy and I live here 15 years already. If DHL, J&T and NinjaVan can do their job superbly, why can't you?
Poor quality services.this is so frustrating me.im waiting for toooo long my parcel almost two weeks didnt get it.when i go there to get my parcel.saying tht after 12 pm they will send it to my house.wth.im waiting and waiting mcm tunggul kayu still not coming.its really pointless.waste my time and my money.how come a ppl can work like tht.i know ur busy but the excuses are lame.sorry to say tht.please give the best of ur services especially siapa yg buat pos laju.aku ke hulu ke hilir pegi sna sni tanya status and call pon tak terjawab.frust la, end up apa pon tak dpt.first aku cuba paham n nk mudahkn keja korang.aku pegi sna bgtu nk prosesla apa la.
