Very helpful and friendly, Went to renew road tax but was told that the road tax physical sticker is not available only e-road tax. Says that JPJ didn't send to them.

Bit of a wait, especially during peak hours, and many services tend to be unavailable at random times, like road tax renewal.

Also the stamp system here seems rather arbitrary - if there's a company name printed on the envelope then it's RM1.30. So if you're sending a regular letter, don't use a marked envelope. If it's remotely larger than a regular envelope it's RM0.80 instead of RM0.60.

Large clean mall but toilets do not come with toilet rolls in the cubicles. Only one dispenser in the hand wash area and its not frequentl replenished. Not a good idea if you are in an emergency.

Many international brands. Fast food franchise. Information counter staff was very helpful. Luggage locker available.

My fav place whenever i visit Penang. The kiddy rides was my favorite when i was young. Now i love the claw machines there

No 1 mall in Penang, you can find anything here for typical modern mall and very recommended

Hey it's not jz a mall.it's a place for everything! Really a good entertainment place can see anything and by anything in it. Always roming with peoples and kids. We should see the place atleast once u there in Penang. Best entertainment place with lost of stores and food courts. Amazing! Keep it up Queens bay.

One of the best shopping mall in Penang. Located in between 2 of the bridges. Well maintained and good management. Apart from most of the common brands can be found there but also entertainment like cinema and laser tag.

It's a very big mall with almost everything you require, available for you. Parking could be an issue if you arrive late. Better bet to come in public transport. The list retailers is huge, the anchor tenant is Aeon. Lots of food options, ranging from western to eastern and the latest chains of bubble tea. A good place for a 1 stop shop for the family.

A nice shopping mall which has great decoration for major festive celebrations such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year and Christmas. Besides shopping mall and boutiques, it also has bank branch, such as Maybank. It also hosts lots of famous food chain such as Dragon-i, sakae sushi, Tori-Tori, chili pan mee. The restrooms are clean and spacious too.
