Visited on a cold rainy morning on 13 July 2023 (Thursday) to be greeted by a very warm officer “Nur” at the stamp counter. “Nur” deserves our highest commendation and greatest gratitude for being so very professional, patient and helpful. We need more like “Nur” in the public service.

Post office is air conditioned. Went there to renew driver’s license. My first time in this post office. You will need to get a number ticket to wait in line. The ticketing machine is hidden in a corner. No instructions or direction on where the ticketing machine is. Had to ask customers that were waiting in the post office where the machine is. Other than that the service is ok. It took me about 45 minutes to complete my task in this post office. This was on a Monday afternoon 3pm

Gate closed very inconvenient for customers. Recently went to renew road tax. Staff attending to me was fast.

Went in to renew my road tax. Managed to finish my transaction within 10mins. Personnels were very helpful and curteous.

The gate to enter the building is always closed for people to park their car, appreciate if they keep the gate open during operation hours for customer to park their car as it is quiet hard to get a parking nearby.

Not good ya management of pos laju, why not consistent. ‍️
Before have drop off fews times guitars here, but today they say guitar box too long not allow to drop off here. ‍️
Ask me have to go lebuh side pos laju. ‍️
Very inconvenient to customers.
Some more now is MCO 3.0 very inconvenience. ️

Was there for renewing my driving lisence.the staff were friendly and fast working was in and out with my brand new lisemce not more than 15minutes.

I like to do my post office related matter over here. Nice, polite & very helpful staff. Not so crowded even though at peak hour. Fast & efficient service.

No more parking inside, they only allow staff to park in there and the gate is always closed. Nearby there’s a lot of banks & shop lots hence it’s quite hard to find parking there & inconvenient to drop by for even 5 minutes. Would recommend some other branch with parking space as the road is very narrow even illegal parking is quite impossible.

From the many post offices (non GPO) visited, this is one of the busiest. Still seeing many people prefer to come to post office to pay bills, enroll vehicle insurance and renew road tax.
