Easy & fast dealing. Even delivery is fast, maybe depend on time we courier & parcel quantity to deliver. Overall, I'm satisfy.
Bald fella mid aged small man. He was extremely rude when explaining my doubts about courier shipping. Arrogant and egoistic. He was even yelling at other customers, including an elderly lady, who only asked about which counter she should go to. When telling him off about how rude he was, he warned me that he will 'naik marah' if I told him off. Hoping customer service there can be improved. Thanks.
Very unprofessional. Wish I could give 0 stars. I don't see a reason why the staff (Mohd Zaidi) has to be so impolite and grumpy. Kalau tak suka kerja, janganlah kerja. I really hope pos Malaysia will recruit better staff next time.

One of the worst post office. I went to return my Lazada item. Printed 2 copies of the return label cause the last time I went with 1, the guy incharge asked me to photostat another copy and come. There was no shops nearby, and he told me the photostat machine in the office was not working. This time I went, first they told me that my packaging was not wrapped properly, and needed to be wrapped again using a box or black plastic. I went back wrapped it in a box, and went back. And when I thought its all good now, they asked me for the Lazada Seller’s bank account number to claim the delivery charges. I have never encountered requests of such information during my previous parcel returns. Obviously I didnt have the bank account details and they refuse to take my package. The next day i went to Mak Mandin post oftice and they took my package without asking anything. This post office staff are not helpful at all. Worst is even if you have a complaint, you cant call Pos Malaysia, they dont have a hotline to call. All you have to do is fill in the efeedback form which I did, but until today no response. I highly do not recommend this post office. Mak Mandin or the Bagan Ajam one is way much better.
Pekerja kaunter no 5 (hanya dikenali sbg shamsul) amat kasar dan tidak bersopan.
Saya telah dituduh sebagai agen semasa hendak renew road tax kereta milik bini saya, saya disuruh bayar lebih RM 5.
Perjelasan dari saya tidak dihirau dan dia tufuh saya sbg agen krn sering muncul di pej pos ini.
Saya jelaskan setiap bulan saya dtg ke pej pos ini utk bayar bil bil yg lain spt celcom, letrik, indah water, air dll
Adakah saya salah krn dtg utk dapatkan services di pej pos ini.
Di hari tersebut pekerja tersebut lemparkan salinan road tax ke kaunter dan keluarkan bahada yg kesat sekali.
Saya amat kecewa dan terhina.
Tapi pujian diberi kpd pengurus cawangan (mazlinah) kerana meminta maaf bagi pihaknya.
Saya rasa tindakan patut diambil terhadap pekerja ini (kaunter 5
. Shamsul) supaya tidak jejaskan nama baik pej pos ini.
There is a Post Office much closer to my home than this one, but I find this one friendlier and quicker to cycle through as the people volume is lower. For me it is worth the drive.
Called and the staff is totally insane. Don't listen to what I'm trying to say. Worst ever.
Sy pernah beberapa kali berurusan di pejabat pos ni. Staf di kaunter ramah dan mahu membantu. So far sy belum gaduh lagi dgn diorang.
Experienced several times of bad service. (complain about courier counter, No. 5). The courier counter (counter 5) staff are not friendly.
Today I took my number and wait for my turn. I saw the customer that before my turn have been serve so that I wait for calling number. They have seen me several times and suppose to know that settle my form is not complicate and not take long time to serve me (probably just take few secondsbut to settle). They only serve me when I go to counter (if don't, maybe I will wait longer time). And they seem like don't want to serve me, a terrible attitude and the way they talk to me like impatient and annoy me.
I hope pos laju will take attention of this kind of situation and improve the service.
