The stuff and person Incharges are so nice and so friendly. Someone say they are very not helpful, but in fact I think is rumor. I'm one of the customer, I found they are amazing. Had good experiences courier parcel at there.

Very irresponsible! Arrogant and impolite. Not recommended. B4 this I thought poslaju is having the worst service attitude, and now, I realised they're worser. If the parcel we dropped off have any problem, they won't call or inform you, just let it be there and until you realised, went there only they will bring out the parcel. Attitude very bad. Causing a lot of inconvenience to the customer. Not to mention the difficulty in parking at their location.

If you need to make sure your documents or parcels arrive in time - do not rely on them. And definitely do not use CityLink. I dropped my stuff on Saturday, and on Tuesday, my item is still in Butterworth.

When I asked the staff if it’s possible to arrive on Monday, they said maybe Tuesday is more likely. As of Tuesday, it is still not moving.
