13Fast service, but after delivery they should send Whatsapp message with picture to customer to notice the person
Tolong perbaiki customer service korang saya call tak jawab.bila dah angkat tiada suara.sbb bila customer call tu urgent megenai parcel mereka.satu lagi call kat org yg hantaq tu.sesetgah tu please perbaiki jugak.kdg2 customer terlepas tp dia nk call balik x dpt korg lex. NV bayan Lepas alert okay
Call memanjang tak dapat.ada satu no office saja ka.lepas tu barang pulak out for delivery.pas tu postponed pulak.
Ninja Abang/Kakak always drop me a whatsapp message when my lovely parcel arrived.
Today, so happen wanted to return a parcel, so just try a luck ask in whatsapp see where to drop off. Surprisingly, Ninja Abang/Kakak still respond and answer my doubt. (out of the business hour!)

Don't use their courier service. Parcel has stuck at their sorting center for over a week. Called them a few time but nobody is answering. Same goes with the email, nobody is replying. Consider closing down the business if you're not good at it.
Don't want to give more comments. Currently worst service. Please improve your service otherwise no one will use your service anymore.
Call pun tak tetiba courier unable to contact. Snap gmbr send ckp letak atas meja. Senang betul buat kerja.
Barang Shopee atau Lazada, korang jangan drop dekat sini. Depa akan scan keesokkan hari. Baik drop dekat Ninja Van BJ atau MBE di i-Avenue.
Kalau drop sini, maka, korang akan hadapi masalah late shipment la.
Suka perap barang.address rumah teres tp unsuccessful delivery sbab sbab yg tak munasabah! No call etc like what other pos service always dO. Lazy!
No one answers the call. Parcel was due to be delivered 4 days back. Suddenly got notification from shopee that the courier did not send because no one was home. That whole day I was at home actually. Usually they just don't want to come to Balik Pulau and prefer me to come pick it myself at Bayan Baru branch. What's the point of paying for their service of I have to fetch it myself?
Mohon pihak syarikat nie cek sikit anak buah yg kerja di Bayan Lepas sg Tiram. Barang x Smpai2. Ari nie dah Jumaat. Esok pejabat kami tutup ahad Tutup Isnin Tutup. Yg ada dok tunggu pun x Smpai2. Call Office dari pagi smpai ke petang. Call masuk tp x reti nak angkat. Jaga Company elok2 nti org x guna boss.
Superb bad courier service that i had ever tried.it tooks more than 10 days and my parcel yet to reach me.horrible, contact thier service team, but they cant even answer where is my parcel. Just say sorry and will try their best to expedite my message to their team.sucksssss
