Extremely rude staff. I went there to drop-off my parcel and there's a lady staff who rudely and sarcastically say (in Malay) "Why didn't you put the parcel into another plastic? If you lost anything in there, don't blame us".

My parcel was in the original plastic sent by Pomelo and I've been returning parcels for years using their original plastics. I had no issues doing this. I explained this to her politely although I was already annoyed with her tone. Then, she replied "Suka lah you".

There were 3 more staffs with her and all of them just look at me like I'm a weirdo. Luckily, there was another male staff who just arrived - he's very nice and helped me with the parcel which I thanked him several times.

I always go to J&T to drop off my Zalora parcels and have no issues, plus the staffs are usually polite. No way I'm coming back to this place which looks more like a dumpster (messy and dirty).

Ninja van delivers at home during office hours. Have already inform him to put in post box or leave a card so i self collect.instead he kust inform me he left in a nearby shop.which now charges me additional fees just to hold on the parcel.i would not be so angry if they at least consulted me first.so unprofessional.

Bad service.no friendly.the clerk act like boss.kick the customer like football frm 1person to the others. No helpful. I politely ask the store man to help they say they cant, u need ask the clerk 1st.we wearing mask nowaday so we talk need very loud a bit only they can hear but she say cant hear then i shout louder then the clerk say please dont shout me. Then i say u all staff keep chatting each other so loud.why not you serve customer 1st? Will stop using and spreading news to my friends.tq

My parcel address stated office address, Ninjavan tracking inform that they send the parcel twice, but at night 10pm 11pm. Use common sense la, night time office still open ah? They just direct stated there, office closed undelivered. I am trying to call them to reschedule, they cancelled my call, email no respond, chat no reply. What a lousy courier service. I don't know why this courier company still survive until today.

I would not even give 1 star. Delivery staff who came to my condo was totally lazy. Just knows how to whine about too many parcel to deliver and asks customer to come down to pick it. Bad behaviour and very rude staffs. Lacking of manners too. You are suppose to deliver to door step not to the lobby and yet you demand customer to self pick-up. Very bad service.

Worst courier service ever in Penang! I don't know why people still use this completely hopeless courier service. Please don't give these people any more business. Cheap = Useless.

Ninja Van hires delivery people who are too lazy to deliver. No wonder the reviews are terrible. I never got the item that was supposed to be delivered to me. They claimed there was two attempts to deliver but that's a total lie.

Staff who delivery parcel was very bad attitude, it wasn't happened once but few times. They can't even talk politely to make better arrangement, they were like just scolding you if you are not there waiting for them to deliver. Sit there 24 hours and just wait for them?

You want send or receive any item through ninja van better you order 3 weeks earlier then maybe you can get
