Col berkali kali tak berangat. Dahla salah deliver. Terang2 naa penerima melayu hntaq dkt cina. 2nd time pos pun take time too long. Ntah berapa lama nak tunggu. Service outt!

Sumpah courier paling sampah aku pernah guna, 5 hari pos barang x jalan, last dh aku guna servis korang ni!

Paling lembab buat kerja kat sini. Barang dah sampai hold berhari-hari.call susah sangat nak angkat. Bila dah dapat disambungkan bercakap dengan staff yang bertugas esok atau lusa baru barang sampai. Takkan lah setiap kali kena call baru nak hantar barang? Tak boleh blah la cara buat kerja.

Bad service. Called many days, many times, but no one answer, is it got any problem with phone line or problem of worker? HQ nationwide should take action for this issue.

Service slow. Barang dah sampai nationwide dari jumaat minggu lepas, harini dah khamis barang belum sampai rumah. Call tak pernah nak angkat.

Servis teruk, barang dah kaluar office tapi tak hantar ke penerima.dua hari turut2 barang dah keluar tapi tak hantar jugak.barang tu cust duk tunggu.kalau tak penting kita pon x marah. Tengok harini nak hantar ke dak.call tak pernah nk dapat!

Office is so unorganized.dust is everywhere.have to come and pick up own parcel here and it just take forever to get mine

Bad service. Already been a week and my stuff still haven't been posted yet. Called during office hours but no one answered. Should be closed down and all employees just should be fired. You guys are paid for doing what? Absolutely nothing.

I'm the sender of item.from johor to butterworth only take one day. Fast enough! You need to pick it up on your own if you need the item on urgent basis.

The rubbish for delivery service！my things come don't know tel me wet! I call many times have not people call back me!

My colleague parcel just arrived 10 mins ago in our office. The delivery man possessed disgusting attitude. The moment he arrived he keep yelling and shouting. To make it worst, that Indian worker shouts out the vulgar word "lanjiao (bad word in hokkien) ". I think the entire floor can hear it.

This is behavior is just simply unacceptable!

Very bad service in Butterworth, the parcel arrived Butterworth warehouse 9 days, my parcel still haven't sent out, i have called three time to tell them to send out my parcel as soon as possible, they said courier take leave,

Bad bad service 1star also not worth for it. Items always pending at branch didn't send out delay n delay. Took few weeks to delivery items.
