We had photo shoot in MDW PN last month where we signed the package in MDW Damansara. I'm seriously was very happy and super satisfied with my makeup look that done by Evelyn. Before we stared, she asked me what kind of makeup look that I prefer and all the makeup and hairstyles, she can exactly done it very good just like exactly what I want. She is really professional MUA that I ever experienced so far and she deserves a compliment too.

Our photographer with Jack. He was very fun guy. He always tried to make us comfortable and not serious mood during all the photo shoot session. Turns out, we just select the photo in MDW Damansara and we had to add on some money because the photo looks good before even get edited lol. He was very patience during all the session because we had to take 2 outdoors and indoors as well.

Last but not least, Duck. She was really really really help us a lot during photo shoot session. She will make the mood become happy when we all feel tired already during photo shoot. We talked a lot as we are cat lover haha.

Anyway, me and husband really have a very pleasant experience with MDW PN team. Didn't regret too that we choose to take the session in PN.

MDW Penang provides good service, they dont force you / hidden cost, they will explain upfront on charges that will caused, and if you like you take la, like choose platinum gown, nubra, etc, they will upfront say price and if you agree then only they proceed, not really as some said they got many hidden cost, before you sign they will tell which is included which is not
Photographer KenG (kenji) very nice and talented as so as wonderful helper Hor (tiger) not as awkward as you will imagine, MUA Jiayee is good and very minimalist style she can provide, Fitting - Mei is good as she will show what is in your package and will also show which is platinum n cost if you wan you take la, otherwise stick with your package only.

Service very bad, i just want to ask for tha package price then the person on the road show ask me to search online, i come paragon for asking then she ask me to ask online, then i came for what, she say our promotion only valid for who sign that package now, then i say i dun want the promotion cuz i just came for survey and she ask me to ask online. Really cannot use, how if i want to sign after u introduced to me. My drwam wedding 's staff very lansi, i need to paid for more than 4k for the photoshoot and u treat me like that.

Firstly me and my husband would like to sincerely thank the whole MyDreamWedding Penang team for the impeccable service they provided. My photo shooting & gown fitting session couldn’t have gone any smoother. Everything was arranged so perfectly that me and my husband really enjoyed every single moment with them. I was really impressed and happy.

Thank you Mei. She’s the best really. She’s very friendly and sincere. She eases me thru the process of gown fitting and helped me find the most beautiful gowns. Everything was arranged wonderfully by Mei. It was a very enjoyable experience because of her.

Thank you Zhuang. He is very experienced and captured all the best moments of me & my husband. Not to mention he’s very patient & guided us with the poses so that we look good in pictures.

Thank you Evelyn. She really did an amazing job with my makeup & hairdo. I loved it a lot and was really happy with it.

Thank you YeeYee. She helped us a lot with all the behind the scenes work. Carrying heavy bags and always the first to come assist the bride & groom.

Great experience with the pre wedding shoot team in Penang. We don’t have many expectation but the photography team guide us through and the make up artist did the styles that suit me well. Thanks photographer Zhuang, assistant photographer May and makeup artist Meris.

Thanks Mei (Paragon Outlet) for her professional advice on my gown testing, had a wonderful but not tiring experience for trying out different beautiful gown.

Not recommend, feels like be cheated. They keep providing additional fees for clothes, We pay for lots of money but also not included all. For makeup, and photos, and clothes, before that they told you all clothes can choose, but when we try only two suits for man, if you want others need to pay lots of money. Make up also need to pay for extra things. For outdoor photo shooting, seems like you cannot feel like you have outdoors background. Very disappointed Make my mood sad

Disappointed to MDW. Although they said they have many branch in whole Malaysia. But you cannot transfer your service to other branch, reason they gave is if we sign our package under Penang branch is counted as Penang sales. Btw, I already spend for almost RM11k to them, just want to transfer my choose actual day gown from Penang branch to kl branch due to both of us working at KL already. Then we won't travel to Penang just for take & return gown. There is no sympathy at all, they just care for their sales only.
