8 Poor customer service. Is it difficult for you to hold the door for customer with heavy and multiple parcels to go in?
Anyhow u make money from the parcels every customer bring in to you.
3 person and none of them interested to proactively hold the door. Every single time!
I’ll avoid this place entirely if I have a choice!
This place doesn’t take Shopee return parcel under Poslaju. Wasting my time coming here and they don’t take your parcel. MBE is supposed to act as a convenience to people who need to drop their parcels or send parcels isn’t it? It would have defeat the purpose of I still need to make my trip to the post office with the long queue.
Execellent service and reliable. Happy with them and been using their services for more than 5 times already without issues.
Amazing customer service and friendly staff, just come in and be courteous, they’re very helpful with the Zalora or Lazada returns and it only takes five minutes
If can even 1 star I also won't give! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. You cannot ask more thn 1 question. Because of barcode after scan still not function so that I went bck ask the stuff again. The ladies show her rude voice & face to me said already scan, actually I just want to confirm only, sometime lazada after scan but no working! BAD SERVICE!
Worst customer service. Staff are so rude and not helpful at all. They stare blankly at you and always seem to be in a bad mood. I now actively go out of my way to support other MBE stores. Either get new and helpful staff or just shut the place down.
Worst service! Been to so many MBE, this is only mbe that never bother to call even the parcel barcode cannot be scanned. Just leave the parcel there and let driver pick up the rest. Whether it's due to faulty barcode or seller forgot to press ready to ship, can't just give a courtesy call? !
