LEX Lazada Express Hub Butterworth

My item reflected delivered. The proof of delivery clearly showed my item not delivered to my home and just left on top of a random mailbox where anyone could have taken it and yet they said I received the item. WHAT RUBBISH IS THIS? There is no CCTV where the mailboxes are.so go figure! My parcel goes missing and they refuse to be accountable! Pathetic! Don't even deliver to the correct address and then lie about it! The picture their own courier provided showed it wasn't delivered to my home!

It seem the service very poor.take very long time reach customer.something need to change especially on management level to get the good outcome.

Very bad service. Almost a week LEX supposed to collect back wrong item sent by customer. Till today, they answer attempt failed. What are doing? Very disappointed with LEX. BAD SERVICE.

BUDUii, tracking number pon tah apa2 unavailable. Call sekali pon tak.sekali charge failed attempt deliver. Nak tanya betul ke "attempt to deliver"?

Order 19th sampai 24th boleh plak ubah kurier ninja van plak dh padahal rumah dekat zon permatang pauh ja seller pon dok Butterworth kat bagan ‍️ bukannya order dri KL haih ‍

VERRY BAD SERVICE I haven't seen.the driver sent me the lazada parcel to mall ask me collect the parcel outside the mall bcoz I working can't
go outside the mall to collect the driver just ask me go to wherhouse to collect.what kind of attitude.yr company are not responsible to sent parcel to door.

The manager of the LEX Bayan Lepas hub told me explicitly that they have a policy of sending back to the seller any cash on delivery parcels that are not collected in the first delivery attempt. This was two months ago. I complained to Lazada and this was unacceptable and they would ensure that parcels are delivered in the future. It just happened again and Lazada says this is happening to TONS of parcels in Bayan Lepas. Bottom line: if you are served by the LEX Bayan Lepas hub, don’t buy from Lazada. There is a VERY good chance you won’t get your package.
