and they don't even give me a reason why my parcel have been cancelled!
Buat keja macam lembu. Tiba ii fail tunggh berhari hari takdak pon barang sampai. Call tak angkat ws tak reply. Lazada memang amik lembu bekerja bukan manusia. Buat keja tak ikhlas. Shopee better lagi
Erm. They don't let you self collect your item. Customer services is very bad. Besides that, the lel tracking also always temporarily not available DUE TO SYSTEM DOWN.so when can use? There's no customer services in the app as well. I received a spoil product and I cannot refund and I cant contact the customer service. Only give me the autobot, the autobot can't even answer the question. Is programmed robot. Already 2 months since I bought the product.i bought since July now already September. Will delete the app after I receive the product again. Very bad service and not user friendly of the interface. Rather choose Shopee and pay more than waiting, hanging like that.
Item pending at Batu Maung branch since 13 Sep 2021. Status on 21 Sep 2021 out for delivery but at 23.47pm item failed to deliver because receipent reject due to wrong item.courier service guy never contact. Very poor service
Went there during peak peak season during one of those double sale. The guys are cool, to try to find my delivery truck. Good service.
Terrible service - driver doesn’t deliver, cancels packages claiming that the recipient rejected.the customer service does nothing! The phone number listed isn’t even in service!
Service kourier yg paling teruk. Hairan kenapa Lazada masih menggunakan service courier ni walaupun banyak respon yg x memuaskan. Beli brg call kata nak hantar next day tapi x hantar terus cancel penghantaran dengan alasan alamat penghantaran x tepat yang lebih menghairankan courier co lain boleh pulak jumpa alamat rumah dengan successful. Baik tutup ja la courier co ni dr bos sampai ke delivery boy malas. Marketing team lazada pulak kena sogok ke dgn courier co ni sampai x boleh fikir customer complaint co ni bad service dah byk. Boleh dikatakan byk yg x puashati. Nak tutup terus ke lazada ni. Management x pantau ke. Call courier co x dpt mcmana la boleh pilih courier co ni.
So bad service. Parcel reach Bayan Lepas few days yet out for delivery. Go to Batu Maung LEL they not allow for self pick up.
I have already wait for 3 weeks, the contact no is NOT IN SERVICE, call the lazada centre also nothing can help, i pakai kapal send barang pun dah sampai, apa orang dia buat? TIDUR jer atau CUTI CUTI?

Lazada express Penang sangat bertuah mempunyai despatch rider bernama Muhammad Syafiq. Beliau sangat berdedikasi dalam menjalankan tangungjawab beliau menghantar barang-barang dengan senyuman dan tidak pernah merungut. Walaupun ada sekali kakinya tercedera tetapi beliau tetap menjalankan tugas dengan sebaik mungkin dan memastikan bungkusan sampai ke tangan pelanggan. Saya amat kagum dengan kesungguhan beliau menjalankan tangungjawab dengan penuh dedikasi dan amanah. Saya menyeru agar pihak Lazada Express Penang menghargai staf seperti Muhammad Syafiq and memberi perghargaan kepada beliau. Disebabkan Muhammad Syafiqlah, saya masih mengunakan platform Lazada untuk membeli barang.
With the excuse of MCO the driver deny to come up my place n juz wan to drop my precious parcel at the abandon guard house. Halo sy ada bayar cost penghantaran lor. Pekerja kamu tu boss sy ke? Tak erti nak hantar brg jangan kerja. Celaka punya deliver service.
Go and learn from DHL, they have prefered time to deliver. Order 5 items from lazada.all refund by lazada.cause once we missed the deliver they send back to seller.never give a call nor even drop a message. Totally SUCKZzzzzzzz
JUST USE GDEX NOT LEX
LEX Customer service is friendly, courier is weird. Why they send my parcel to *neigbour* plus didn't call me when arrived at the office. I could come to their center if they cant reach me.
I live here nearby, the Lazada express is improving! I received my order before 8: 00am and yes! It's 7: 45am so early then later I go work! Best give 10star to those delivery rider.
Slow deliveries, they didn't inform me about the package that i have already paid. Always says in processing, but until the end of the date, i still didn't receive any news or information about my package. LEX deserve zero star!
Quite friendly services, just found out that this Lazada office only do delivery, they don't in charge return item.return have to do it from Lazada app then print out the return form and drop together both in post office/poslaju outlet.
Item in tracking stated delivered, but i havent recieve my item yet? Who should i contact to check about this? Where is my item?
Tracking system is good, email will be sent to notify buyer that the item has been packed, sent to hub and delivered. The delivery man even call me as i was not at home. Text message was sent to inform me that my item was left inside door grill. Good work!
What kind of service is this. Out of delivery after 1 minutes become attempt fail and send my item back to the seller. Say will have SMS or email where is these things? Bad service and make the Lazada delivery service bad!
Took a week to get one item even in Malaysia~SLOW AF! I RATHER GO POSLAJU OR OTHER COURIER AND EVEN PAY FOR IT NEXT TIME! Best advice.don't go for LEX anymore~
