Bought a sofa from Lavino. Lavino is a penang based company and they make a new set when you order, so have to be patience to wait while it is being made. The top portion is bovine leather, the sides are Synthethic leather hence the price is affordable compared to buying a full leather sofa. Ms Tina was very attentive and helpful throughout the purchase. It was also delivered on time. Thank u.

Worst purchase experience ever. No idea why need 3 months lead time to deliver order. They will ask for full payment before delivery, but can't deliver on time. Had to postpone further. When managed to get an agreeable delivery date and time, when time comes, customer needs to call to ask to confirm delivery again, and there starts all sorts of delay excuses. Further delay, even after full payment made. Then when managed to get a delivery date, waited on the day, they tried to make scene as couldn't contact customer and had to postpone to another day. Then somehow, one of the delivery staffs purposely damaged a piece of product. Making claim to replace a damaged product also takes month. Definitely not a customer satisfiable brand nor company.
The sofa set we had ordered arrived in a very bad condition. They showed many spots, and were manufactured in a very sloppy way. When we claimed the deficiencies as unacceptable, Lavino returned the furniture for repairs. After 3 weeks we received the sofa back, but it still had spots and it still was damaged. We will never purchase any furniture from Lavino again.
Very bad service from the Burma Road branch where the salesman (Kelvin Tan) agreed the delivery date and time but never follows it. Delivered way beyond the time agreed with lousy excuses given. Lesson learnt is never make full payment first.
Extremely Bad Service. Unprofessional service given by the Kelvin who is also the manager (He answered the call when i ask for the manager). We need to call to get the delivery confirmation date and time ourselves rather than he update us. The delivery guy delayed the time and causing trouble to us and gives all nonsense excuses and keep on arguing on the delivery time. The delivery time is after 2pm and they expect us to wait the whole day until 11.59pm since it's still after 2pm and on the same day. He expect us to sit in the house whole day and wait for the delivery.
