Terrible, it took me 30 minutes and still failed to find a driver. If you all cant improve the service, i am sorry i have to stop using Lalamove

Lalamove moved to mainland, didn't even bother to reimburse their employees with some allowance or some sort of petrol money while the company was the one that made the decision to move there. Not only that, the workers there have to bear with the toll cost and petrol. Furthermore, Employees always have to reach home by 9pm due to the heavy traffic from mainland to island but no reimbursement at all, underpaying them as well. And fyi, finding other jobs is hard as it is. Do not support lalamove. They don't treat their employees as they should be as well as towards drivers and riders.

Saya daftar untuk jdi lalamove rider. Tpi diminta untuk membuat bayaran sebanyak rm78 untuk membuat penghantaran pertama. Soalan Dan masalah Saya sekarang, Saya sudah ada lalabag.perlukah Saya buat bayaran jugak untuk mendapat tempahan pertama ?

I'm a driver myself this app very bad lagi2 kalau hotspot location. Buka app utk smua kerja makan duit commission tggi astu kalau nak receive order skg tunjuk kena ada sticker kat kereta baru bole dapat.mcm mana nak lekat sticker yg besar cover 2 pintu pada kereta yg baru keluar 2 bulan Dr kilang.agak2 la kalau org nak buat part time Pon nak kna lekat sticker utk dapat terima order.mmg sakit la bila fikir korg frst option utk start keja

Lalamove backend system really cannot.
Please upgrade your server.
Wasting my time to wait for the rider as business merchant.
I waited 40 mins n stil no one take the order.
What kind of this apps is this?
The manager call come n say so many reasons, but i dint see any improvement.
The riders is good, but not this lalamove company.
Really lousy.
Wont use it anymore.

Lalamove company are ok, but the fare rate are unfair to driver, giving price too low when traffic super jam.

Always call but no one pick up.
Facing alot of problem when message to their customer service by apps, when they ask which order, we have to check and let them know but they can't wait keep repeatly send the same message which order, which order, which order.even though we already ask them wait no enough 2second. No manner.not suitable to be customer service. Now I understand why alot of people do this kind of part time will accident is because this kind of people keep chasing you without give you a minute. They won't solve your problem. They only know sit and wait commission come in.

My item was not delivery to my customer, report to cs ask to wait for 1-3 working days, due to urgent issue i ask customer to use lalamove, and now ask to wait for 1-3 working day for related team to check

TERRIBLE service lalamove! Cheated driver fare! LOW quality customer service! Customer service was rude & not solve the issue of the client! Better not choose their lousy service! Bad service! ! Beware this scammer company!

Recently had a bad experience with lalamove. Booked a lorry with 2 helpers to pickup furniture at sharp 10, but driver was so lazy. Till 11 he was on the way. Later when driver dropped it at my place he was asking continuously to cancel the booking to keep the amount to himself (maybe), which i never did. Later he called me and again asked about cancellation but that wasn't possible with app. He than later cancelled booking himself (as it appear on app). I paid 300 for 2 helper and a driver.but there was only 1 helper and a driver. For next time if i need any lorry, will consider some other option.

Bad customer service. Didn't response for 1 minutes only, the human agent Cs already left! There is no cancellation fee allow to claims from them although is customer fault for place the wrong order. Dont think of claiming the cancellation fee from them! It was their cheating strategy. Lol.

Bolehlah buat kerja part time untuk Driver Car buat belanja minyak kereta atau makan² lepas balik kerja.

Kalau full time tu, lebih baik buat job motor sedap sikit.

Job kereta ni kena berebut. Ikut nasib.

Kalau Lalamove Penang ni buat marketing lebih sikit baru la rancakkkkk.

Ingat ni, BUAT PROMOSI & MARKETING LEBIH SIKIT.

Aku sampai jadi bangau dalam kereta tunggu job keluar.

Bila job keluar, tak sempat tengok dah kena rembat dengan orang lain. (Ni paling sakit hati.)

Tapi takpa la, rezeki tu dah ditentukan Allah. Ada yang dapat cepat & lambat.

Service tip top, neatly put the sticker, polite person in the office and while install the sticker. Lalamove make me easier to run my bisness.

Not even worth thn a star, Please dont use this service or u may get regret, they respond u anything when problem happens
This deliver service really suck
1) The customer is rude and worst in end of the day dint solve ur problem

2) The app is the most lousy app i ever use, the customer service say my phone cant support (hey I'm using Samsung note 20U)

3) The rider use to send my deliver 5 items at the same nearby area took more thn 5 hour to finish it (my area is bayan lepas penang island only) and the customer say they giving each place 1 hour for the rider to deliver hello bayan lepas penang island u need 1 hour to deliver each item?

4) The rider dint not wear mask when collect items from us no follow rules at all

5) Most important is the end of the day they dint solve the problem and u get rude reply by the customer (the customer service person in charge is very unprofessional)

Hope ur business survive and won't use ur service after my wallet point finish

Terrible services. Driver can took 5 hours to delivery 5 places nearby. NEVER to deliver your item with them, they will not protect it properly, they think and said its safe. But they never know that, their driver/ rider took our item everywhere taking other orders. ITS NOT SAFE! Customer service will tell u, its safe.then just ignore our problem. Most important thing during this pandemic is, the driver/rider not wearing the mask properly, some even no wear at all! Do you think its safe? Will you still trust them?

Don’t use this delivery service if you are rushing time to sending something to somebody. My experience is, the driver will collect many other orders from other client then only deliver together. So it will take longer time to deliver your item. Another issue is I call a car driver to send cakes to my clients, and the driver come with a motorcycle. The price is different between car and motorcycle (car is more expensive).
