4 Horrible experience.
We bought the ticket from billionstarsexpress, but we get on the gunung raya express (old car, bad attitude driver, late for everything)
Awful company the bus was late and the manager was rude. Just get the ferry and take the bus at the terminal in Butterworth.
We booked online via BusOnline. When we got the the counter at Sg Nibong, they told us the bus was delayed from 2.45pm to 3.30pm. At 3.30pm we were told delayed to 5.00pm. We asked what was happening and were instead asked, "Kenapa booking online? " WHAT THE? Implying that we should have bought over the counter. Why? Is it because they did not get paid a commission? Either way.bad service KGRA! Your counter staff seem untrained.: - (
Doing badly. Taking bus from Penang to KL took me 7 hours! Other bus usually will take the most 5 hours to reach the destination.
In the website, we are not informed it is not a direct bus. And it stops at too many places. If not counted wrongly, it stops at 5 places before reaching KL.
I have missed my appointment just because if the delay.
