15Service ok, food also ok just want to complaint on the parking spot for self collect. I always order using app & will select curbside self collect but everytime there is a car parked at the parking spot for self collect. Then what is the point you give customer this options? At the end i need to go for another round to find other parking spot & go collect my order at counter. When asked the staff, they said it's customer car which came for dine-in. Hope the manager can take action on this issue or else just remove curbside self collect on the app. Many thanks

Overall the place is nice and clean. But seriously though, why do we have only one person serving so many customers when there are 3 counters? Is it because the owner of this restaurant doesn't have money to hire more people? I doubt that though. I could see around 5-6 people working in the restaurant but the person who takes order only have one lol.
Kurang staff.coslaw slalu abis.mungkin manager yg handle stock xpandai handle stock listing.atau mungkin sbb banjir jd stock xsampai.
Overall the setting of this particular kfc looks nice and clean. The staff need proper attention from the owner. There were 6 person but only one person had to take and prepre the order.

Serve to slow. A lot of employee at the kitchen but nobody serve customer at the front counter. I'm waiting almost 40min even im just no. 3 in the line up. Flreally frustrated.
Newly renovated and quite clean and good service. Boleh request part ayam apa nak Dan diberi dgn jujur. Lalat Sgt kurang dari dulu. So now makin yakin nk makan Di KFC ni.

Mempunyai Manager/RM.yg biadap.tidak tau menghormati staff.hal2 yg personal dia boleh cerita secara public.harap pihak atasan siasat dan ambil tindakan terhadap Manager tu.
KFC Nibung Tebal.tempatnya sangat selesa.tempat letak kereta juga selesa.masakan ayam goreng nya sangat sedap dibandingkan dengan kfc yg lain.ok
