People nowadays don't appreciate that they are having a good working chance, especially the Indian girl staff who are having bad working attitude towards customer. I've placed my order through the Apps on 10am with selected pick up time on 12pm. Reached the restaurant by 12: 15pm and I saw this Indian girl staff at front counter is standing against the wall like she has nothing to do, but the fact is she forgot to prepare my order! Waited for 10 mins afterwards she handed me with only 1 set of fried chicken instead of total 2 sets in my order. I gently reminded her TWICE that I actually ordered 2 sets, she looked at me but IGNORED me! Finally the THIRD times I reminded her again she then started prepare the second set of my food. She lost her patience while I required to change my fried chicken part according to my remarks on the order, she replaces by throwing the fried chicken inside to the box while I am holding it. Strongly recommend she changes the job if she is not capable by working on service industry.

Don't ever order for delivery with this branch.sxxk and terrible.no feedback at all, and you don't even know what's going on after payment had made and kfc app showed delivered.

Sometime good service but most of the time bad service. Always say no this no that and always change package item without inform especially wedges always out of stock. Always use whipped potato to replace wedges. Both items are different price and not the same category.

The worst! Order benda lain bagi benda lain.pastu item yg ada hanya biasa2 ja, slalu bagi jwpan item dh habis.

Perfect place to dine.
When pizza hut Farlim did not allow you to dine in for 10 pax, we just went to KFC but the service was good.
Appreciate if the cleaner can clean the tables from time to time.

My friend had been waiting for her orders for 3 hours starting from 6pm and yet haven't receive the food. At the end, KFC just simply changed it to self pickup.

One week ago, counter said no coleslaw

Can't believe two pieces of chicken is enough for me to have food poisoning, never gonna eat here anymore.

Here do not have zero rating, so I give one rating! I went there to buy breakfast on 9.00am, they showed their unfriendly face and said tak buka lagi. Already 9.00am! Still not open yet? The next two days I went to buy Fried Chicken+Lays set, they said no stock, only normal fried chicken! WHAT THE HECK! Your shop show all the food menu at counter, but some of the food tray is empty, and only one counter had service. The attitude of worker so terrible and lazy! If you all don’t want to prepare all the food, then better close this KFC food chain at Farlim!

Looks dirty and dark. Staff is ignoring customers. I left after 5 minutes. Maybe was just a bad day. But I won't go there again. Other KFC branches are much better

Ruining my whole birthday mood, ordered the birthday combo to celebrate my birthday but what I get was nothing! Been waiting for more than an hour but receive no calls from any branch, in the end got to contact customer service to ask why my order hasn't arrived for more than an hour, told me that my order should be arrive by the time but its way past the delivery time.

Next up, customer service asked me to wait for a phone call from the branch, and it went for another half an hour until Penang, Farlim branch decided to make a call back to me said that SHE was working alone in that branch and no rider is willing to go and pick up the food, asked me if i wanted to pick up by myself or cancel the order right away. In the end, i chose to cancel my order, and the RM 5 delivery fee was not even refunded!

Worst experience ever, even Domino's was delivered within 30 minutes right after i cancel this order. Get some new staff for that branch would you, KFC?

One of the to go places when not sure what to have for lunch. All chicken are freshly made and all worker is quick and efficient.

Only bad is sometimes the que will get very long because local people likes visiting this KFC branch.

Currently bcos of MCO no longer anyone dine in. So mostly are taking away.

Order guna food panda. Sudu dengan sos langsung tak bagi! Ni ka kata servis kfc terbaik? Bukan sekali kena. Banyak kali. Bukan bayaq guna daun. Aku guna duit! Servis crew paling teruk!

Dining area is on the upper floor, be prepared to climb up a flight of stairs. Overall nice view of the residential housing area.

I bought the KFC Tandoori Chicken on the go and zinger burger. The burger was so small it doesn't even full fill your stomach. The taste of the tandoori chicken was so bad. It took my appetite away. Seriously it's not worth the price. It's too sweet and so much of MSG on it. When they advertise it look so appealing to buy and eat but once you taste it, it's just so not nice at all. They should do better.

Order via grab food. Delivery was super fast. KFC chicken as usual pretty kick asstaste. Main love for the coleslaw and whipped potato. Yummy these two SMH without the chicken.

A lot of great promotion and cheap deals from KFC, but the super long Q during promo period kill the appetite. Pity their staffs got stuck with massive overloaded orders.
