Service lambat, order sebelum lunch hour tapi smpai lepas lunch hour. Mohon perbaiki pada Masa akan dtg!

Very slow preparation! What are those staffs doing? ! No next time! Unfriendly service attitude!

Loaded potato bowl isi separuh tak penuh bekas pun saya btui2 kecewa.padahal kfc lain semua penuh ja isi.nasi plak lembik btui2 kecewa dengan servis kfc sri rambai nie.

Slow and unfriendly service. I was over food loosely as takeaway. I understand that there is no plastic provided but as a restaurant chain that has been well established for forever. I think its about time you need to think. Learn from Bangladesh, their takeaway package is way better.
Worst was my food was given loosely by the manager of the branch.

I really love this KFC. They always give you big chicken parts rather than other outlets. The foods are always available. My go-to KFC every time I craving for their food. Keep up the good work!

It has been such a long time I never had a fresh tasty KFC. For those who looks for best KFC, here is the one!

Mostly we take dinner+supper, and always ini habis itu habis, and the time stated is until 2am! Need improvement on food readiness. Overall rating 6/10.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Encik Naim of KFC Padang Lallang, Bukit Mertajam who is so helpful to take my order through the phone call and reserved few boxes for me just now. His fast service at the counter is so excellent and he is so friendly to serve me as the customer. Also my sincere thanks to his workmates there. (thumb up)

Terrible customer service. Our order was given to another customer that came 30 mins after us. When asked, the manager was plain rude. We ended not getting the nugget we had to wait for in the first place.

The worst ever KFC. We had actually ordered burger, 3 piece chicken, wedges, fries, nuggets and none of it came except the 2 piece chicken. This isn't the first time this has happened. Enough is enough. Please get your work ethics right. This is supposed to be a meal for 6 hungry ppl and that only a 2 piece chicken came. This is not acceptable at any level. Please rectify your mistakes and learn to get your orders straight.

2 kali order guna App untuk pickup, selalu staff tertinggal order masa pack. Kali pertama air, kali kedua popcorn chicken.

Harga sangat-sangat berpatutan.
Kedai bersih.
Tanda larangan merokok dipaparkan.
Pertama kali datang ke sini walaupun berdekatan dengan rumah.
Pastinya akan ke sini lagi selepas ini.
Sangat berpuas hati.
Sesiapa yang belum pernah ke sini segeralah datang untuk menikmati menu-menu yang sedap di sini. Pasti tidak akan menyesal.

Rude staff and malay lady manager. I went into kfc. Its 9: 59am lah. It shows that will be opened at 10am. But 1 min still cannot be considered meh? Tunggu dalam seminit pun tak blh? The lady manager straight away come towards me and shouted, ''oi belum buka lagi la. Tak blh tunggu dalam. Keluar please" MACIBAIIIIII. Please take necessary action. Date 5th july, 9: 59am

Fresh and hot chicken serves to all customers. Fast service together with friendly staff. Dont have to worry about parking lot. Available for take away n delivery.

The employee there especially an indian lady at the cashier are not friendly at all and are very very rude! She's the worst staff I've ever met.
