KFC become the worst fast food restaurant in Malaysia. Low quality fries taste. Small portion. The Burger quality was so bad. Not worth the price that you've been charged for. Definitely useless.

This outlet used to be my favourite when they started a few years back. I live nearby so i visit often. As years passed by, it's getting worse. The chicken is not fresh, maybe due to a lack of customers. But fast food joints should have their SOP on quality of ingredients. Lack of fragrant of the spices. The cheesy wedges also taste weird now. They're understaffed for a long period of time. They even closed up the drive thru lane. When i walked in, the place was empty. No customers & i don't see any staff at the counter as well. Rang the bell & it took them 5 minutes to walk out from the kitchen. Service at this outlet was never good. They're very slow & staff are all not attentive. They can leave most of the table uncleared for a long period of time.

Have ordered from their drive thru a few times in the past and had to wait ~10 minutes for the food but items have been missed from my order on numerous occasions, resulting in me having to drive back to ask for the food (that was accounted for on the receipt and paid for) to be provided. Check your receipt and food items carefully before driving off from this branch.

Horrible service. Ordered snack plate and I asked from drumstick and gave me only 2 piece of chicken meat instead. As it was take away, thus I didn’t check it before I leave.

Another bad experience is I ordered via delivery and they delivered less meat (10 when I ordered 12). Looks like they have a tendency to cheat their customer.

SUPER HORRIBLE BAD SERVICE.

Ordered KFC through mobile for pickup, and I thought they could pass to me through drive thru as there weren’t any parking outside the KFC and I didn’t wanted to waste time going in Precint 10 car park, so I tried. Instead of politely saying cannot, the foreigners answered very rudely saying “TAK BOLEH MASUK DALAM. ”

Seriously why can’t they pass to me via the drive thru window? I paid and all they have to do is pass to me, in addition there weren’t a single car going through drive thru.

Also, the chicken weren’t even warm when I picked it up, and when I got home in 10mins, the chicken were extremely dry. Ordered a dinner plate, bread was like dead dry, spoilt?

Bad service and worst branch for KFC!

Original chicken not crispy and fresh. The rest are fine.

Place are not as clean, lights not on, AC not cooling. Feels like a stranded outlets where no management are looking after. Staff are sloppy.

Rude staff. Orders all wrong. Can talk back sumo.smaller portion. Charge more. Useless service overall

The fried chicken sold by this KFC is the best fried chicken I have ever had. It is recommended that everyone come to this KFC to try it out.

They closed down the drive thru which is a great inconvenience. They had only 1 counter opened to cater for customers. Very Bad CE. They ran out of potato wedges that comes with the bundle and substituted with French fries whether you like it or not. Unacceptable

The best kfc with the service of the staff named mr rahul.very friendly, soft spoken.hope to always work successfully.i will come back to buy again at this premise.

People order coleslaw, mesh potato l as per attached receipt. What have received completely opposite. Additional mesh potato and no coleslaw and even water is replaced with pepsi. So disappointed with service, upper management please take action before go out of hand.

Happy cz everything I asked which on the board was Available as well.

When we reached it was only 1 staff at the counter. A few table with all the left over food, wasn't not clean yet. Chicken taste not as good as others kfc branch. Staff not friendly no greeting to customer.

Why it tooks too long? Sangat lama menunggu pesanan berjam2.tolong d perbaiki sistem drive thru nya.serius lah kalo mengelola drive thru, pengen nya cekat malahan lemot laya siput pelayanannya

Drive thru always give wrong order
i order x spicy always give me spicy sometime i order got rice but didn't give me rice … always give less to me.

No aircond, bad service, table not clean, toilet dirty, at all, this is the worst kfc that I have been to!

The best KFC in town after the late Jalan Larut branch. Food is very fresh and the chicken is quite big. Some places, it's chicken is so small.

if you order Family pack or big buck of Chicken.

I ordered 12 pieces pack,
It was only 11 pieces. I thought they made mistake to count it.

BUT again and again.less piece than what I ordered. I did not go here for while and

I ordered 12pc bucks and 15pc
I expect that staffs be honest this time.
BUT again, 15pc bucket has only 13pc and 12pc bucket only 11pc again.

I Should report this to KFC head office.

Service is slow and the quality has really plummeted. The spicy fried chicken is bland and not spicy at all, and the crispy tandoori is just seasoning powder all sprinkled on top. I hope they will follow the previous protocols as I once knew KFC as a great place for comfort food.

Drive thru was a breeze and quick. Staffs were very polite. Great experience to dine as well as the environment is nice.
